00:41man could be seen behind the buildings of a weymouth condominium complex residents say he'd

00:56a couple of residents at the woodstone crossing complex eventually put up their own security

01:02cameras hoping to catch him on camera as the incidents became more frequent and when it

01:07happened over the weekend he was caught in the act you don't think that's going to happen at your house

01:12and you know i'm glad they caught him really quickly but it was really scary residents called 9-1-1 and

01:18when officers arrived they say they saw him crouched and peeping through the window his pants were

01:23unzipped and according to court documents it was clear to them that he had performed a sex act

01:27he's been identified as zevahir hida who lives a couple of miles away does that mean there was

01:32semen involved that's how you know if it's clear to them he had performed a sex act that's the only
