Ingredients: 2 Tsp Ghee 1 Cup Makhanas 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder ½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder ½ Tsp Cumin Powder ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Chat Masala Powder A Pinch Salt
Method of Preparation: 1. Heat 1 Tsp Ghee in a pan. 2. Add Makhanas and roast on low flame till crispy. 3. Once Crispy remove the Makhanas & transfer into a bowl. 4. Then add 1 Tsp of Ghee in a pan. 5. Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, ½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder, ½ Tsp Cumin Powder, ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Chat Masala Powder & a pinch Salt 6. Coat the roasted Makhanas with the Masalas. 7. Then remove the Makhanas & transfer into a bowl. Your Tasty & Crispy Masala Makhana is ready.
