Method of Preparation: 1. Soak 1 Cup Ragi overnight. 2. Dry Roast Ragi till it changes its colour. 3. Grind dry roasted Ragi with Cardamoms, soaked Almonds, Jaggery and water. 4. Then strain its milk with a strainer and whisker. 5. Then with another cup of water repeat the grinding process and strain the milk. 6. Add a pinch of Salt. 7.
