Ingredients: 250 gms Yellow Chana 250 gms Dhagewali Misri or Rock Sugar Ghee 1 Cup Luke Warm Milk Few Cashew Nuts Few Almonds 2 pinches of Salt
Method of Cooking: 1. In a Mixer Jar add Yellow Chana & Dhagewali Misri or Rock Sugar & grind them into a fine powder. 2. Take a bowl add this fine ground powder. 3. Then add the chopped Cashew Nuts & Almonds. 4. Add 2 pinches of salt 5. Add 1 Cup of Luke Warm Milk & Mix it well. 6. Heat a pan, add Ghee & pour the mixture into the pan. 7. Stir till the mixture separates from the pan, if required add ghee. 8. Let the mixture cool for sometime. 9. Then make ladoos out of the mixture. 10. After 2 days refrigerate the ladoos.
