Ingredients: 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Litre. Milk 2 Tbsp Custard Powder Condensed Milk (as per required) 5-6 Bread Slices Vanilla Essence
Method of Preparation: 1. Heat a Pan add 1 Cup Brown Sugar. 2. Melt Sugar till caramelized on Low Flame. 3. Pour the caramelized sugar into a container. 4. Meanwhile Boil 1 litre Milk. 5. Mix 2 Tbsp Custard Powder with little Milk & stir. 6. Pour the Custard Milk into the boiling Milk. 7. Then add Condensed Milk as required. 8. Stir the mixture till thick consistency on low flame. 9. Make Bread crumbs of 5-6 slices of Bread. 10. Add Bread Crumbs to the mixture & cook for few minutes. 11. Then add Vanilla Essence to enhance the taste. 12. Add the cooked bread mixture into the caramelized container. 13. Steam for 25-30 minutes on medium flame. 14. Then cool down the Bread Pudding & refrigerate for 1 hour. Your Yummy & Tasty Bread Pudding is ready.
