Ingredients: 1 Cup Jaggery ¾ Cup Refined Oil ½ Cup Curds 2 Cups Wheat Flour ¼ Tsp Baking Soda 1 Tsp Baking Powder ¼ Tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 Pinch of Salt 2 Tbsp Chopped Almonds 5 Chopped Cashew Nuts 5 Chopped Seedless Dates 1 Cup Luke Warm Milk
Method of Preparation: [Before you start preparing, be sure to grease the cake container as shown in the video.] 1. First Whisk Jaggery, Refined Oil & Curds. 2. Take a Sieve & add Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Salt & sift everything. 3. Mix it well with cut & fold method. 4. Add chopped Almonds, chopped Cashew Nuts & chopped Seedless Dates. 5. Gently mix all & if the batter is thick add Luke warm milk & mix it with cut & fold method. 6. Add the batter into the greased container. 7. Garnish with chopped dry fruits on top. 8. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes. 9. Check the cake and if it’s not fully baked, bake it for another 5 minutes. 10. Allow the cake to cool completely for about 1 hour before slicing it into pieces Your Yummy & Tasty Eggless Jaggery Wheat Cake is ready.
