Welcome to MJ's Kitchen & today's recipe is Tea Cake watch this recipe in full & follow all the steps. this recipe will make your cake very soft & fluffy
Ingredients: 1½ cup Flour, 1 cup Powdered Sugar, ½ cup Butter, 2 tsp Baking Powder (leveled), 2 Eggs, ¾ Cup Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method: - Add ½ cup butter in a mixing bowl, beat it first - Now add sugar gradually & continue beating. - butter, eggs & milk must be at room temperate. - don't use direct from fridge. - Once butter & sugar is well beaten add eggs one by one & beat. - Add vanilla essence, beat it again. - Now mix baking powder in flour. - Add flour & milk one by one in butter. - Start with flour & also end with flour. - Batter of cake is ready. - Transfer batter into baking pan (grease it with oil). - Tab it once or more. - Put only stand in pan. - No salt or stones. - Put cake pan on stand. - Cover it & bake it on medium to low flame for 30~35 minutes - Do not uncover it before 30 minutes, - Check with skewer if it comes out clean then cake is ready baked. - If you want to bake it in oven, bake it at 180°, only bottom heat on & set the time for 30 minutes. - Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe, share it & - Subscribe to my channel, Good Bye. - Watch on youtube: https://youtu.be/SQlgFNl-et8
