Ingredients:
200 gms Condensed Milk 3 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Pineapple Essence 1 Cup All Purpose 1 tsp Baking Soda 5 tbsp Milk
Method:
- Remove the ring and vent valve of the pressure cooker and pre heat the cooker for 10 minutes without the lid. - In a large bowl add condensed milk, butter and pineapple essence. Beat everything for 2 minutes. - Then add all purpose flour, baking soda and milk. Beat everything again for 2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. - Grease the baking tin with a parchment paper and flour. - Pour the cake batter in the tin and tap it twice. - Place the tin in the cooker and let it bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not forget to remove the ring and the vent valve. - After 35 minutes remove the cake from the cooker and let it cool down. - Remove it from the tin. - Cooker cake is ready to be served.
