For Decoration Chocolate Flakes Whipped Cream Cherry Sugar Syrup
Method:
- Pre heat your oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. - In a mixing bowl add butter, condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence. With the help of an electric hand beater mix everything well for 5 minutes. - Then add sifted all purpose flour, cocoa powder and soda bicarb. Mix everything with a spatula. Then mix everything with a hand beater for 5 minutes. - Transfer this batter into a greased cake tin. - Put the cake tin in the oven and let it bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes. - Take out the cake and let it cool down completely. - Divide the cake in three portions as shown in the video. - Take the top most layer and apply sugar syrup to it. - Then apply whipped cream and also layer it with chocolate flakes. - Then put the middle layer and follow the same step. - Place the last layer and again apply sugar syrup and whipped cream. - Coat the entire cake with whipped cream. Apply chocolate flakes on the sides and put some on the top. Decorate the cake as per your choice. - Put cherries on top to finish the decoration. - Eggless Black Forest Cake is ready to be relished!
