A red warning for wind is out for southwest England and Wales. An amber warning for wind is in effect for Wales, southwest England, northwest England, and Northern Ireland, and an amber warning for rain is also out for Wales. A yellow wind warning is out for southern Scotland and the rest of England, while a yellow rain warning is also out for southern Scotland.
