00:00Good day to all. This is the weather update.

00:05The effects of the storm in Northern Luzon continue,

00:08while the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITGZ remains affected in Mindanao.

00:16Currently, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or storms

00:21inside our Philippine Area of Responsibility and not in the Pacific Ocean.

00:28There is no shear line now,

00:30but it is expected to be affected in the near future.

00:36In the next three days,

00:39the strength of the storm is expected to be affected in a large part of Luzon

00:44as well as some parts of Visayas.

00:48The ITGZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone is expected to still be affected

00:54in the part of Mindanao.

00:57The shear line is expected to be affected in the eastern part of Luzon.

01:04As of today,

01:06the cloudy skies are expected to have scattered rains

01:11in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera.

01:14Meanwhile,

01:15the southern part of Luzon is expected to experience fair weather

01:24where it is partly cloudy until the sky is cloudy

01:28except for isolated rains or brief rains.

01:34Let's go to Visayas and Mindanao.

01:37The cloudy skies are expected to have scattered rains

01:41and thunderstorms in Davao Region,

01:44Caraga,

01:45Soxargen,

01:47and the provinces of Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

01:52The southern part of Mindanao,

01:54as well as the whole of Visayas,

01:57will experience partly cloudy skies

02:00until the sky is cloudy

02:02except for isolated rains and thunderstorms.

02:08And because of the strong wind brought by the storm,

02:13it is expected to be flooded

02:15until the southern part of Batanes,

02:19northern part of Cagayan,

02:21and also along with Baboyan Islands,

02:24and northern part of Ilocos Norte.

02:27So, let us remind our fellow countrymen

02:29who are planning to travel.

02:32In this regard,

02:33it is prohibited due to the high clouds of Cusan.

02:37The height of the clouds is almost 5 meters.

02:45The sun will rise later at 6.03 a.m.

02:50The sun will set later at 5.24 p.m.
