00:00You know, when I was a kid, I thought running a lemonade stand would be the epitome of entrepreneurship.

00:06I envisioned myself as the next Bill Gates, but instead of software, I'd be selling the

00:10world's finest lemonade.

00:13I set up my stand on the hottest day of summer, armed with a pitcher of what I thought was

00:17liquid gold.

00:18Spoiler alert, it was just sugar water with a hint of lemon.

00:22I had my sign all ready, fresh lemonade, 50 cents.

00:26I felt like a marketing genius.

00:29Little did I know, my pricing strategy was about as appealing as a soggy sandwich.

00:35The first customer, my neighbor Mrs. Jenkins, approached with a skeptical look.

00:39I poured her a cup, and she took a sip.

00:42The look on her face was priceless, like I had just served her a glass of pickle juice.

00:46Sweetie, did you put in a little too much sugar? she asked, trying to be polite.

00:51I shrugged.

00:54As the day wore on, I realized I was competing with the ice cream truck that rolled by every
