Ingredients: 1 cup Sorghum (soaked) ¼ cup Fresh Coconut (chopped) 8-10 Garlic Cloves (peeled) 5-6 Curry Leaves 4 Green Chillies Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 Onion (chopped) 1 Carrot (diced) ½ cup Fresh Green Peas 3 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Mustard Seeds ½ tsp Asafoetida ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp Pigeon Pea Lentils 2 tbsp Split Green Gram 1 cup Buttermilk 4 cups Water Salt (as per taste) Chilli Oil (for garnish)
