00:00We'll be right back.
00:03The hottest team in all of Major League Baseball, the Philadelphia Phillies, seven straight
00:08wins at this moment.
00:09The Phil's have won 11 in a row at home, Dave Baseball at the bank where with Aaron Nola
00:15on the bump, the Phil's are favored at minus 164 to make it eight victories in a row.
00:22Will the fightings do that today against the Blue Jays?
00:27I'd like to think so.
00:29If I'm going to bet this, the only thing I would probably bet here is the Phillies team
00:33total over.
00:34Nobody, and I mean nobody, has scored more runs at home in the last three weeks in Major
00:41League Baseball than the Philadelphia Phillies, including the 10 runs they scored last night.
00:45Chris Bassett is usually a reliable starter, but he's much better at home than he is on
00:50the road.
00:51In his last home start, he got rocked, so not a great spot to want to back Bassett and
00:55the Blue Jays here.
00:57If Nola is his typical self, he should be good, good enough, but I just look at the
01:01Phillies right now and say, is this a Toronto team that I think can truly shut down their
01:06bats for the course of eight, maybe even nine innings here, and I really don't think that's
01:11the case.
01:12This isn't a Toronto bullpen that I have a ton of faith in per se, but yeah, I would
01:18play Phillies over four and a half here.
