00:00Look at this, we're gonna be watching out for flooding rainfall extending from the Midwest through the Great Lakes, even across parts of the Northeast. Pretty much the entire states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio will be watching out for an elevated risk of severe weather. Not just counties, not just cities, the entire states will be watching out for that risk of flash flooding going forward. But in addition to the flooding rainfall threat, we're also gonna be watching out for the potential of hail and damaging winds. We've seen widespread damaging wind reports and some hail reports
00:29as well across this region. Here's the overall threat of severe weather we're tracking. That's gonna extend from Louisville, Kentucky, up through Buffalo, New York, and as far east as areas from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Baltimore will be included on this risk area as well as we head throughout this evening and tonight. But it's not just today. We're also tracking a risk of severe weather as we head into tomorrow. And this risk of severe weather will once again include St. Louis, all of the I-70 corridor from pretty much St. Louis to Pittsburgh. And areas to the south is where we're gonna see the highest
00:59potential of severe weather. So a lot of these areas in this risk zone for severe weather. So a lot of these areas in this risk zone for tomorrow were also included in the risk zone for today. So some of these areas are actually doubling up for that overall risk and potential of severe weather. But it's not just today. It's just not just tomorrow. But the highest potential severe weather we are tracking is actually going to be across upstate New York and parts of Vermont. You can see right there, our AccuWeather Risk Impact Scale is going to be at a moderate, a level two of four here across upstate and eastern parts of Vermont.
01:29of New York as we have throughout Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening. If we do see any tornadoes across this region, it's primarily going to be in that level two zone there along the I-87 corridor. So heads up for that. But once again, it's not just today. It's not just tomorrow. We're also tracking a risk of severe weather as we head into Friday. Here's Friday's severe weather threat. Now the risk for severe weather will extend to the east as we head into Friday. But once again, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Richmond, that corridor there from I-95 from pretty much Jersey.
01:59All the way down through North Carolina. We'll be watching after that risk of severe weather. Virginia Beach will be included as well. So here's the overall setup as we head into your Thursday afternoon. Widespread showers, widespread storms, even severe storms there across upstate New York. Temperature-wise, temperatures are going to be a little bit all over the place. We'll have temperatures ranging from the 60s for highs across parts of Michigan to the mid-90s. Look at that. 95 degrees are forecast high tomorrow in Washington, D.C.
