00:04North Central United States will continue to watch Minneapolis.

00:10Kansas City, I think the thunderstorms will be moving out, but I think there can't this morning.

00:14But additional thunderstorms this afternoon and quickly in the northeast.

00:18Expect delays from Philadelphia toward Washington, D.C. this afternoon.

00:22Perhaps major delays in Pittsburgh.
