Heres how this workout went:

1. Squats - 4 sets x 8-12 reps

2. Good mornings - 4 sets x 8-12 reps

3. Bulgarian split stance squats - 4 sets x 8-12 4. Banded weighted standing abductions - 3

reps

sets x 16 reps

5. Glute focused extensions - 4 sets x 12 reps 6. Nordic hamstring curls - 4 sets x 12 reps
