Still on the road to Miami with no opportunity to work out, yet, but this one from Maldives is a great Glute/Leg Workout you can do with just 1 dumbbell. Couch or similar can be used as a stepper.
Workout deets, 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets:
1. Foot elevated lateral lunges
2. Hammie curls
3. Lunge step ups
4. Straddle sumo squats
5. Deficit RDLS
6. Froggers
7. Hip thrust
8. Box jump squats
