Single Arm Tricep Extensions - 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Dips - 4 sets / 10-12 reps
I typically perform Chest and Tri's together and will do a video with both soon. These are just a few staple Tricep exercises that are great to try if you just started lifting or at any level. Be sure to use lower weight if necessary and proper form before adding additional weight!
