Introduction
Mutton Methi Malai Keema is a spicy gravy recipe made by using mutton mince (goat meat) & fresh fenugreek leaves. Whole spices such as black cardamoms, green cardamoms, and cinnamon give an aromatic flavor to the keema gravy, while yogurt gives it a nice creamy texture. During winters, when fresh fenugreek is available in abundance, this keema methi malai would be a lovely recipe to make. It goes perfectly with Laccha Paratha or Naan.
