Bajre Ka Soyta Ingredients:
Searing the Mutton 3 tbsp Ghee 3 tbsp Garlic Paste 3 tbsp Ginger Paste 1/2 kg Mutton (boneless) 25 Green Chillies (slit) 4 Onions (sliced) 1/2 kg Pearl Millet (soaked) 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 6 cups Water Salt to taste Fried Onion (for garnish)
For the Tempering 2 tbsp Ghee 1-inch Ginger (julienne) 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
