This is a classic Nagpur dish from the Saoji community. This is the signature dish of the Hlba Koshti, a Madhya Pradesh weaving group that migrated to Nagpur in 1877. "Saoji Mutton Curry" contains various garam masalas that enrich the flavour of the mutton. This is a fantastic non-vegetarian meal with the perfect blend of Indian spices. The addition of dried coconut during cooking adds thickness to the mutton gravy. This dish is especially well-known for its fiery taste.
