Preparing the Stock 800 gms Mutton 1 ltr Water 1 Bay Leaf 2 Black Cardamom 1-inch Cinnamon Stick 10 Black Peppercorns 6 Cloves 6 Garlic Cloves (chopped) 1-inch Ginger (chopped) 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder 2 tsp Fennel Powder 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Salt (as required)
Cooking the Meat 3 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1/2 kg Yogurt 2 Black Cardamom 2 cups Mutton Stock 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Dry Mint Leaves Salt (as required)
