Kuttram Kuttrame 2022 or (Crime is a Crime ') is an Indian Tamil language film titled 2022 which is mainly divided into action and drama genres. Kuttram Kuttrame was written, directed by Susindiran, and produced by D Company, and produced by Axess Film Factory. The film stars Jai in the lead role along with Bharathiraja, Harish Uthaman, Smruthi Venkat, and Divya Duraisamy. The music of the film is composed by Ajesh and the cinematography is by R. Velraj and the editing is done by Kasi Vishwanathan. The film was released live on Kalaignar TV on April 14, 2022, as a live TV show to coincide with the Hindu New Year.
After mourning the death of her child, Kokila commits suicide by taking sleeping pills one day. Kokila's funeral attendees then tell her husband, Ishwaran, that the villagers are talking about it as a murder, not a suicide. Kokila's cousin Nataraja, a police officer, launches an investigation into Ishwaran and his family's claim that Kokila was killed, and uncovers unexpected information.
