Preparation of 1st Stage of Marination
6 Chicken Drumsticks
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Preparation of the Stuffing
200 gms Cottage Cheese (grated)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
Salt (as required)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Preparation of 2nd Stage of Marination
1 tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
1 tsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
2 Eggs

Frying the Chicken Drumsticks
Corn Flakes & Crushed Papad (for coating)
Oil (for frying)

For the Cream Sauce
100ml Fresh Cream
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Fennel Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as required)

Pan-Frying the Chicken Drumsticks
