Introduction
Shawarma is prepared from thin cuts of seasoned marinated lamb, mutton, veal, beef, chicken, or turkey. It is one of the world's most popular street foods. Lamb Shawarma Buns Ingredients -

Preparation of Marinade
250 gms Mutton Slices (boneless)
1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 cup Curd
1/2 Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Oil
Salt (as required)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
