Chicken Karahi is a popular Indian and Pakistani curry, and you can find it in most restaurant menus. Dhaba style karahi is also popular and often enjoyed with hot naan or roti right from the tandoor. This is a very simple & quick and delicious chicken karahi recipe.
Ingredients Ghee 1/4 cup chicken 1 kg granulated garlic or garlic powder 1 tbsp. salt (pink salt) to taste or 1/2 tbsp tomatoes 4 medium size turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp. or as required Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp. or as required coarsely ground black peppercorns 1 tsp. Whole spice powder (garam masala) 1 tsp. Green chilies Chopped or whole 5 - 6 Cilantro chopped (green coriander) (sabaz dhania) as required
