Ingredients

All-Purpose flour (Maida) 1 Cup
Salt (Namak) 1/2 TSP.
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1/4 TSP.
Desi Ghee Or Ghee 2 TBSP.
Water (Paani) 3/4 cup

Potato Stuffing Ingredients

Oil 2 - 3 TBSP.
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1/2 TSP.
Diced Onion (Payaz) 1/4 cup or small size
Boiled Mashed Potatoes 2 big size or as required
Salt 1/2 TSP. or to taste
Chaat Masala 1/2 TSP.
Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1/2 TSP.
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/4 TSP.
Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch) 1/2 TSP. or to taste
Whole Spice Powder (Garam Masala) 1/2 TSP.
Green Chilies (Sabaz Mirch) 2 - 3 or as required
Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) (Sabaz Dhania) 1/2 cup or as required
Oil for deep frying
