Ingredients For Stock 1 kg mutton (with bone) Salt 1 Tbsp. to taste 2 inches ginger 10 - 12 pods garlic 1 medium onion 2 tbsp fennel seeds 2 tbsp coriander seeds 1 1/4 tsp black peppercorns 7 - 8 cloves 2 - 3 black cardamoms 1 anise seed 8 cups water
For Pulao 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 medium onion 1 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp black cumin seeds 4 - 5 green cardamoms 2 - 3 cinnamon sticks 1 - 2 pinch turmeric powder 5 - 6 cloves 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns 2 - 3 bay leaves 1 tbsp. green chilies chopped 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste 1/2 yogurt 1 medium tomato 3 cups rice
