Ingredients
2 Onions (sliced)
1-2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Coconut (grated)
1/2 cup Dry Coconut (grated)
1 cup Water

For Gravy
3 tbsp Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2-3 tsp Malvani Masala
1 cup Water
Salt
4 Eggs (boiled)

Method: Let's start with the Onion (sliced) saute in the Pan till it gets brown after that add Oil and then add the Onion into the Mixture.
Next, do the same with the Coconut (grated) saute till it becomes nice and brown then again add the Coconut (grated) into the Mixture.
Next, do the same with Dry Coconut (grated) saute till it is brown then add the same into the mixture with others.
Now, let it cool down then grind the ingredients with Water properly.
Next, let's prepare the Gravy for which heat up the Oil then add Onion (chopped), Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste now saute till the smell goes away.
Then add Malvani Masala in the Pan saute for few seconds, now add the mixture you made and saute again.
Next, add Water, Salt, Eggs (boiled) then cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes your Malvani Anda Masala is ready to serve.
