Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ghee
8 Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala powder
1 kg Liver
1/2 cup Water
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1/2 Lemon juice
Salt
Butter
Coriander leaves, chopped

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add ghee, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes away.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, liver, water and saute it for 5-7 minutes.
Add green chillies, lemon juice, salt and mix them well.
Add some butter on the side and fry the pav.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
