Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, and let them crackle. Add cumin seeds, and saute. Add curry leaves, and saute. Add green chilli, and stir. Add garlic and ginger, and saute them. Add onion, and saute lightly. Add tomato; toss and stir. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well. Put off the flame; add curd/yoghurt, and mix well. Transfer it in a bowl; garnish with onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Masala Curd is ready to serve.
