Today we will teach you how to make Sprouted Idli.

This idli will be very instant and very healthy as we are using sprouts.

For this let me tell you the ingredients.

We are going to make a very colorful idli.

For this we are using capsicum, onion, sprouts,

tomato, fruit salt, curd, ginger, salt, garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, green coriander,

and semolina.

First of all, I have 250 grams of semolina.

Take it in a bowl.

Add 3 spoons of curd.

Add salt and mix it well.
