Gatta is a speciality of Rajasthan but in Punjab Gatta is made in a different way.

So let's start making Punjabi Gatta Masala.

For this we need 400 grams of chickpea flour.

After this we will add a little salt to the chickpea flour.

There will be salt in the gravy but the gatta will be salty so we will add a little salt to the chickpea flour.
