PEANUT TOMATO SOUP II मूंगफली और टमाटर का सूप II BY F3 BACHELORS COOKING II
Recipe to prepare "Peanut Tomato Soup":
Ingredients: 1. peanuts - 100 gms 2. refined oil - 2 tablespoons 3. green chilli - 2 4. salt - 1/4 teaspoon 5. red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon 6. black salt/chaat masala - 2 pinches 7. tomatoes - 4-5 medium size 8. garlic - 2 cloves 9. water - 1 cup 10. black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Procedure: 1. put peanuts in a pan on low flame 2. add 1 tablespoon refined oil, mix and roast for 3-4 minutes 3. add 2 green chillies (chopped), toss and cook for a minute 4. add 1/4 teaspoon salt 5. add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, and put off the flame 6. add a pinch of black salt or chaat masala and toss well 7. grind these peanuts in a blender and keep it aside 8. grind 4-5 medium size tomatoes 9. heat 1 tablespoon refined oil in a saucepan 10. add and saute chopped garlic (2 cloves) 11. add tomato puree and stir 12. add a pinch of black salt, and let the puree cook for few minutes 13. add crushed peanuts and 1 cup water 14. mix all the ingredients, and cover the pan for a minute 15. add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and serve
