Method: Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add in garlic and ginger; saute well. Add onion, and saute until transparent. Add green chilli, and mix well. Add sprouts and mix well. Add turmeric powder and garam masala; stir for a while. Take a bowl, and break in the eggs. Add salt and beat well. Add in 2-3 tbsp cooked sprouts, and beat again. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, and spread it evenly. Beat the egg mixture again, and pour it in the pan. Turn the flame low, and cover the pan to let cook for a minute. Uncover, and flip the omelette to other side. Cover the pan again to let cook for half a minute. Uncover, and plate it. Sprouted Omelette is ready to serve.
