Ingredients:- For Filling Mixture:- 3 Potatoes with skin, steamed 1½ tsp. Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste Black Salt, to taste Juice of ½ a lemon ½ cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
For Batter:- ½ cup Gram Flour Salt, to taste Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Water
Oil for greasing
Method:- - Mix all the filling mixture ingredients together and mash it. - Make lemon sized balls of the same. - Make a thick batter from the batter ingredients. - Grease an Appam Pan with oil. - Dip the filling mixture in gram flour batter and cook in the appam pan covered with a lid on a medium flame. - Turn and cook on the flip side without covering with the lid.
