Ingredients:- 1 tsp. Ghee 1 tsp. Cumin seeds 1 tsp. Ginger-Chilli paste 2 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed 1 tsp. Rock salt 1 cup Curd 1 tsp. Sugar 2 tsp. Amaranth Grain Flour (Rajgira Flour) 1 cup Water
Method:- - Melt ghee in a pan and saute cumin seeds, ginger-chilli paste, potatoes, rock salt in it and mix well. - In a bowl whisk together curd, sugar, amaranth grain flour and water. - Pour this mixture into the pan and stir lightly and bring to a boil. - Transfer to a bowl and serve piping hot!
