Ingredients:- 3 cups of Rajgira flour (Amaranth Flour) 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated 5 Green chillies ½ cup coarse peanut powder, roasted 1 tsp. Ginger paste 1 cup Coriander, finely chopped Salt to taste 1 tbsp. Oil
Method:- 1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a thick dough. 2. Take a handful of the dough and place it on a hot pan and spread the mixture with your finger tips in a circular manner. 3. Pour 1 tbsp of oil and roast it crisp on both sides and serve.
