Aloo Tuk or Sindhi Tuk is a delicious double fried potato dish that is quite addictive. Eat it as a snack or serve it as a side with Rice and Sindhi Kadhi; of which you can find the link below, you are going to fall in love with it.

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 5 Potatoes
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Cumin Seeds Powder
- Raw Mango Powder

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and cut each peeled potatoes in 4 pieces
2. Add salt over the potatoes and mix it well with salt
3. Now, fry these potatoes on a low flame
4. Once the potatoes are fried take them out on a plate
5. let the potatoes cool down, and then, press them with your hands and re-fry them
6. Re-fry them over a high flame
7. Remove the Aloo Tuk on a plate and start adding red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, raw mango powder and salt(as per taste)
