Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
½ tsp. Mustard seeds
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
250 gms. Cauliflower, chopped
1 tbsp. Mix Masala

Method:-
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes, salt and cook.
- Now add potatoes, cauliflower and mix thoroughly.
- Add mix masala, water and cook for 15-20 minutes covered with a lid.
- Turn the flame off and serve by garnishing with coriander leaves.
