Ingredients:
250 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1 Cup Water 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Ghee Pinch of Salt Oil for frying
Method:
- In a round bottom pan heat some water. Add sugar, ghee, salt and mix everything. Let it come to a boil & switch off the flame. - Transfer the mixture into another bowl and allow it to cool down completely. - Add maida to the mixture and make a dough. - Take small portions of the dough and roll out medium size roti. - Cut them into small square or diamond shaped pieces. - Deep fry them till golden brown in color in medium flame. - Once done, take them out on kitchen towel. - Cool them and store them in air tight container.
