Ingredients:
1 Cup Semolina (Rava) 1 Cup Grated Coconut 1 Cup Sugar 50 gms Mawa 1 tbsp Ghee 3 tbsp Water 1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder Dryfruits (as per choice)

१ कप रवा १ कप ओलं खोबरं १ कप साखर ५० gms मावा १ tbsp तूप ३ tbsp पाणी १/४ tsp वेलची पावडर सुकामेवा (आवडीनुसार)
Method:
- In a flat bottom pan, heat some ghee. Then add the rava and roast it for some time. When the rava changes its color, switch off the flame and put it in a plate and keep it aside. - Heat a round bottom pan. Add grated coconut, sugar & water. Mix everything well till the sugar dissolves completely. - Then add the mawa, dry fruits & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. - Add the roasted rava to the mixture and mix well. - Make medium size laddu and serve.
