Method of Preparation: 1. Soak handful of Dates in Luke warm water for about 30 minutes. 2. Deseed the dates. 3. Then grind the dates into a fine smooth paste. 4. Heat a pan dry roast Almonds, Walnuts and Cashew nuts and keep aside. 5. Dry roast Pumkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Melon seeds and Pistachios nuts and keep aside. 6. Let the roasted dry fruits and seeds cool completely. 7. Coarsely grind the above cooled roasted dry fruits. 8. Heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee. 9. Pour into dates paste and sauté it on low flame till it changes its colour. 10. Add the coarsely ground dry fruits into the pan and mix it on low flame. 11. Mix it till both the paste and the dry fruits mixture gets combined. 12. Once done switch off the flame. 13. Pour the mixture onto the butter paper and level it and refrigerate it for 1 hour. 14. Once done cut into bars or cubes. 15. Your Yummy & Tasty & Crunchy Protein Energy Bars are ready.
