00:00Previously on Plastic Surgery Rewind, our first four surgery fanatics arrived at the Rewind
00:10retreat and they dove right in. They all look the same. You chose larger breasts. Are they ready
00:16to reverse their procedures? You're asked. It looks amazing. I'm having some second thoughts
00:21for sure. If they're ready to leave the retreat, they'll walk through the time tunnel and be
00:26transported to the future where they will reveal if they've decided to reverse their procedures
00:32or not. Guests will come and go here at the Rewind retreat. Somebody's coming to the house today.
00:38I can feel it. So hold on to your silicone because today someone new is here to shake things.
00:56Otherwise known as a goddess.
01:02Bitch.
01:02Aubrey.
01:03Is this your casa?
01:06Welcome.
01:08Michelle.
01:10I missed you.
01:11Oh honey, I missed you.
01:13How are you?
01:14I'm wonderful. How are you?
01:16You look beautiful.
01:17So do you.
01:18I gag.
01:19Aubrey O'Day is in the building, bitches.
01:22You would know me from a show called Making the Band on MTV.
01:28New York, please help me in welcoming Danity Kane.
01:32Which created the international worldwide double platinum selling girl group Danity Kane.
01:39I've had my own TV shows and on multiple Playboy covers.
01:43I really am just like a do it all and do it well type bitch.
01:47Well, welcome to the Rewind retreat.
01:49Yes, I know I'm in good hands now.
01:51You are.
01:51It would be great to be able to relate to other human beings that are just like me.
01:57No one's just like me.
01:58I mean, let's be real.
01:59I'm Aubrey O'Day.
02:00But, you know, enough like me.
02:02Are you ready to go in and meet the other guests?
02:04I am.
02:04Come on.
02:05Okay.
02:05Let's go.
02:06Yay!
02:06I can't believe this.
02:08So happy.
02:09Did you sleep good?
02:10Yeah.
02:11Did you talk to your boyfriend last night?
02:12Yeah.
02:13What'd you say?
02:14Yeah, I say I've been taking a lot.
02:16I have to make a lot of decisions.
02:17And you're one of them.
02:18Tell me.
02:19And you're one of them.
02:19Yeah.
02:20Get over this man.
02:21He ain't for you.
02:23I agree.
02:24I like he called the man.
02:26Oh, Jesus.
02:27Because he has a f***ing flannel on.
02:28She thinks he's country.
02:31Oh?
02:33Who's that?
02:33Hello.
02:34Hello.
02:35Hello.
02:36Hi, guys.
02:37Hi.
02:38How are you?
02:39Good.
02:39How are you?
02:40Good.
02:40Aubrey O'Day.
02:41This is Kim and Aubrey O'Day.
02:42Oh, nice to see you.
02:43We knew somebody was coming.
02:44Oh, my God.
02:45I'm nervous.
02:46How are you?
02:46Yes, yes, yes.
02:47We have.
02:48You look incredible.
02:48You do, too.
02:49Thank you, babe.
02:49You look great.
02:50Aubrey O'Day, a beautiful blonde bombshell.
02:53We're beat to the gods.
02:54The outfit is a sleigh for sure.
02:56But, like, it's too much going on for 10 a.m.
02:59Like, what are we doing here?
03:01Hey, pretty.
03:02How are you?
03:03How are you?
03:04Wow.
03:05That girl's a pop star.
03:06Hi.
03:07I love you, too.
03:08I'm on the crew.
03:09And I'm, like, just woke up.
03:12Everybody looks great.
03:14Gorgeous.
03:15I love your hair like this.
03:16Don't talk to me about hair.
03:18Oh, Alan.
03:19At least you're getting your blowouts.
03:20I'm doing it myself at the moment.
03:22Wait, you're European.
03:23He's Irish.
03:23I'm Irish.
03:24Oh, Irish.
03:24Yeah.
03:25My last name is O'Day.
03:26I'm an Irish girl, too.
03:27O'Day, yeah.
03:28I feel I'm sitting next to people that I like to watch.
03:34And I'm, you know, they've all watched me, whether they admit it or not.
03:38So, Aubrey, do you know who Aubrey is?
03:40No.
03:44I started as a minor in this girl group.
03:47She was in Danity Kane.
03:48Oh, my God.
03:50And it's been, like, obviously, I don't know if you guys know about what's going on with Diddy.
03:54But it's really dark and ugly.
03:56And I really want to try my best to unload a lot of that.
03:59So, tell us why you're here.
04:00I am truly ready to let go of, like, this f***ing wig, this top duck lip.
04:06Aubrey, what procedures have you have done?
04:09I've got Botox and lips.
04:11I've never done any fillers in my face.
04:13I've never felt that I needed a plastic surgery, honestly.
04:16Oh, Aubrey, I know you've had more work done than that, honey.
04:21You're here to get back to who Aubrey is.
04:23Yeah.
04:24And surgically, you'd like your lips reversed.
04:26Yeah, my lips out.
04:28Your hair.
04:29Take off the wig and find a more honest version of myself.
04:34Aw.
04:35I love a boob job, but I know we're not here to do that.
04:37I would love to get my ass done.
04:39I would like lipo, but...
04:40Well, it seems like Aubrey's not here to reverse s***.
04:46No, girl.
04:47You're all here to let go of that vicious cycle of always wanting more and more procedures.
04:52Sound good?
04:52Sounds good.
04:53Well, it was so nice to meet you.
04:54I'm looking forward to getting to Kira now.
04:57I saw everything.
04:58I'm so excited right now to see what's gonna happen.
05:04Like, are we gonna get along?
05:06Because I'd be better than anything that is happening right now in my real world life.
05:11How do you know each other?
05:1290 Day Fiancé.
05:13Oh, thank you.
05:15I'm a huge fan of the show.
05:16You didn't really like Colt, girl.
05:18I like him a lot.
05:20I took care of him a lot.
05:22I'm sorry you ever had to f*** Colt, girl.
05:24That's so embarrassing.
05:25I think that man was disgusting.
05:27Ew.
05:30And that little dick he posted on the internet?
05:32No.
05:33Bitch.
05:34When it came to sex, did that dick turn you on?
05:37I mean, listen, I'm not judging it.
05:39If you like a f***ing baby carrot, it is what it is.
05:42That's just how I feel.
05:43This girl is just me invasive in people's lives.
05:47Aubrey, mind your own business and focus on yourself.
05:50I'm gonna leave you.
05:51Okay.
05:52Go inside and meet Dr. Spirit because your next challenge is ready.
05:57Let's go.
05:57Lead the way, princess.
05:59A picture is worth a thousand words.
06:01But for this challenge, we only need three.
06:04Nobody is perfect.
06:07Let's check in with Dr. Spirit to find out if our retreat guests can embrace themselves,
06:12imperfections, and all.
06:15Hello.
06:16I don't know you.
06:17I know.
06:18Please, come in.
06:19You guys, please.
06:19You look amazing.
06:20You look great.
06:21Come on.
06:22This is your color.
06:22Color.
06:23Let me just say, this is not gonna save you guys, but do continue.
06:27Do continue.
06:27Well, I asked you guys all to come camera ready for a reason.
06:32This is where I get to learn a little bit more about you.
06:35Larissa said, wait, wait.
06:37Why are you making that face?
06:39Uh, I'm getting away of a little bit of camera ready.
06:43Uh-huh.
06:43Okay.
06:44I'm more, more natural right here.
06:48Move it over.
06:49Well, we'll see, ultimately, what you choose to do today.
06:53But I brought you here for a very specific reason.
06:56We're gonna pull out those phones, and you will have five minutes to give me your very best selfie.
07:02Can we use filters?
07:04We can use filters, Aubrey.
07:06Great question.
07:07Thank you, Aubrey.
07:08All right, the clock starts now.
07:10Let's go.
07:11Five minutes.
07:11Okay, going, Brielle.
07:12I'm going to check my face really quick.
07:15This doesn't really sound like a challenge to me.
07:17It sounds like a normal day.
07:18All right, so what are we adding, Brielle?
07:20Just a little extra.
07:21A little lip.
07:22Hmm.
07:23You know, everything else is perfect.
07:25I look good right now.
07:26Let's go.
07:27Larissa's like, give me all the time I have.
07:34What is Aubrey doing with the mirror?
07:36Let's go.
07:36Try not to break it.
07:37Is she gonna lay out flat and pose?
07:39Listen, I get to action mode.
07:41When I hear task and selfie, I'm thinking, okay, like, what's the meaning?
07:46It's a selfie.
07:47It should reflect.
07:48Mirrors, flowers.
07:49We've got a whole lot happening, huh?
07:51And I create art, honey.
08:01Aubrey's definitely creative, and I know she does extremely well in OnlyFans.
08:04But she's, like, laid up on a mirror, her leg on top, like, spread eagle.
08:08What is she doing?
08:09I like the natural look.
08:14Yeah, because you're 27, and you don't have any wrinkles.
08:17I don't ever take a bad photo, so all I have to do is find good lighting, have this face,
08:23and I could take a photo in one minute.
08:28Larissa, how are you doing?
08:29Good.
08:29You got a good photo going?
08:31Uh-huh, I think.
08:32You feel confident?
08:34Yeah, I think it's good.
08:40Sunlight is killing me.
08:42Chicken, it's not good.
08:43When I'm at home, I use ring lights.
08:46My skin looks glowing.
08:48I'm from Ireland.
08:49We don't have natural light.
08:51It rains all day, every day.
08:53And if it isn't raining, it's dark and miserable.
08:56So where am I going to get natural light?
08:59This is actually very hard.
09:03Can we just do this?
09:04I'm done.
09:05That's amazing.
09:06Love it.
09:06That's the best one I've seen so far.
09:12What the f*** is Aubrey doing?
09:14Let me go see.
09:14I got my selfie.
09:15I'm over it.
09:15Do I want to see what Aubrey's doing?
09:18Okay.
09:19Put your legs around me.
09:21Close our eyes and put our head back like orgasm.
09:24Ready?
09:25One.
09:26One.
09:26Okay.
09:27Two.
09:29What's going on here?
09:30Do you need help?
09:31Yep, there you go.
09:32Grab another flower.
09:33Get in it.
09:33Let's go.
09:34Hurry up.
09:34This is no longer a selfie.
09:36It's a party.
09:37All right.
09:38One minute left.
09:39No, no.
09:39Put your legs around her.
09:40Touch the pedal.
09:41You're passing on love.
09:45I have no idea why she wants to include me in this.
09:48I better not find this on OnlyFans.
09:50At the very least, I'm going to need a cut of that.
09:53Okay.
09:53Time is up.
09:54I'm curious, how did it feel to do this activity?
09:58Because I feel I got a great shot.
10:00You got a shot.
10:00I feel very confident.
10:01I feel like we all caterpillars and we ought to get into a butterfly stage.
10:05Okay.
10:06Okay.
10:08Is there anybody that doesn't feel like they got a great shot?
10:11I didn't like doing it.
10:12If I'm not picture ready, I won't do a selfie.
10:15How do you know when you're picture ready?
10:17When my blow dry is done, as you call a blow out.
10:19But the blow is done.
10:21No, this is not the blow out.
10:22This is a potential blow out.
10:24Okay.
10:25It frustrates me.
10:28Striving for picture perfection has been shown to increase anxiety and body dysmorphia.
10:34People like Alan need to learn that they can actually be stronger without the armor.
10:38Well, I will say this.
10:41That was not the end of the challenge.
10:44That was just the beginning.
10:45Okay.
10:46Oh, here we go.
10:47And I've asked Michelle to come in and give me just a little help, okay, for this next part of the challenge.
10:53So, Michelle.
10:54Well, here she is.
10:56Hello, darling.
10:57Hi, gorgeous.
10:59Hi.
11:00What's in our hands?
11:01What?
11:01I don't know what that is.
11:02Something is about to go down.
11:06Michelle, I've called you here for a very specific, special reason, haven't I?
11:11You did, spirit.
11:13You did.
11:14I'm here to help.
11:19And this is how.
11:21Oh.
11:21Oh.
11:24No.
11:26What'd you say, Alan?
11:27No way.
11:28No.
11:30Oh.
11:31Oh.
11:32Oh.
11:36I'm actually surprised.
11:48What?
11:50Okay, wait.
11:51I was not expecting.
11:52No, I was not expecting that at all.
12:01Michelle, you're gorgeous.
12:02Oh, so are you.
12:04We all have our flaws.
12:12It's just how we see ourselves, right?
12:15It's true.
12:16It's true.
12:17It's my face.
12:18It's my face.
12:18From eyelashes, to foundation, to her lipstick.
12:36This is breathtaking.
12:42Well, you're still beautiful.
12:44Very beautiful.
12:44So are you.
12:46So are you.
12:47So are you.
12:47So are you.
12:48So are you.
12:53You're all beautiful.
12:56Aubrey, what's happening right now?
13:02What do you see when you look at her?
13:04Honesty, truth, fearlessness.
13:18Yes.
13:19It's a great word.
13:22And the truth is, you all are here for exactly the same reason.
13:27To feel a little bit more fearless, to have a little bit more truth, and to be a little bit
13:37more honest about how you see yourself and how you want the world to see you.
13:43And that's what this activity is all about.
13:45And so there's an invitation in this fearlessness that you would like to extend to them.
13:54Right here, does anybody want to join me?
13:56That's my girl.
14:08Who else?
14:09I'll join.
14:09Go on.
14:10Why not?
14:11Yes, Aubrey.
14:13Are you doing this?
14:14I am.
14:15You would never see me without a bit of foundation.
14:18I mean, never.
14:20But I'm here to grow.
14:23I need to actually get out of my comfort zone and do it.
14:26Oh my goodness, I'm so proud of you all.
14:29Let me get more wipes.
14:30Do you want to sit here and do it?
14:32Would it be easy?
14:32Yeah, let's just do that.
14:33Do you want to do that?
14:34Okay.
14:35I'm so happy for you all.
14:38How are you feeling?
14:39Good.
14:39You look good.
14:40You're too.
14:41Well, I think the fabulous thing is that you all look very good without makeup.
14:46And I really hope that you can see that in each other.
14:50But more importantly, that you can see that in yourselves.
14:53And so to that point, I want to give you guys a second opportunity.
14:58I'm not getting naked.
15:01Okay.
15:02But no.
15:03I want to give you guys the opportunity to take one more photo as your most natural versions of yourselves.
15:17Are you okay over there about this?
15:19You don't look too happy.
15:21I just have to do it.
15:23Like this challenge is really opening up the gates to trolls, to bullies, to now comment on what I look like without all the makeup.
15:32So I'm not really feeling good right now.
15:34I don't know how to take this with by seeing me.
15:37Nobody knows their way around filters like Aubrey does her way around filters.
15:41It's art.
15:42Cinematography.
15:43You live in drag.
15:44Yeah.
15:45Wait, you look really good in that photo.
15:49Like, no lie.
15:50I wouldn't lie to you.
15:51Like, how do you always look good?
15:53How do you?
15:54No, stop it, Brielle.
15:56Okay, perfect.
15:57You look great.
15:58You look really pretty with that makeup on as well.
16:00You know we like ourselves in the makeup.
16:01All right.
16:02Time is up.
16:03Everybody, let me get you back over here to the couch.
16:07Dr. Spirits, I'm not going to put the filters.
16:09No filter.
16:10Oh.
16:11Now, to just remind you, I asked you to take two shots.
16:15The first one was you all done up, right?
16:18The most beautiful, unnatural version of yourselves.
16:22And then the second was as natural as you felt comfortable being.
16:27Can we see this photo of Kim, please?
16:31Oh, Kim.
16:32Oh, hello.
16:33Oh, yes.
16:34Tell me.
16:35What are you getting your eyes on the first one, girl?
16:36Those don't even look like your eyes.
16:37I don't know what happened to that.
16:38That shit looks like a snapchat filter.
16:41I didn't have my glasses on clearly because I would have probably not selected that first picture.
16:46But the natural one obviously looks better for whatever reason.
16:49You should post the natural one.
16:50What is it about the natural photo that you prefer?
16:53It feels like you want to know the girl in the second picture.
16:56You feel like you can relate to her.
16:58I'm like, don't take offense when I say this, but you look younger.
17:01Thanks.
17:01Appreciate it.
17:02Quite flawless for all the things that you said that you'd want to keep or change.
17:07Thank you, guys.
17:08I appreciate it.
17:10Brielle, how about you?
17:12Gorgeous.
17:13Wow.
17:14She looks identical.
17:15Yeah, you look the same in mom.
17:17She knows exactly how to take a picture.
17:19Yeah.
17:19But I do feel like with the no makeup in that second photo, you can clearly see the puffy eye and the darkness.
17:28Oh, what's bothering you?
17:29I was a little alarmed with the potential side effects, like the photo that Dr. Dubrow showed me of what could go wrong.
17:37You can see this facial deflation.
17:39Everything's dropping.
17:41I look like 65 years old.
17:43That freaked me out.
17:44Okay, we don't want, we're not even going to speak it into existence.
17:46Yeah.
17:47Because risks are important to know, though.
17:48Yeah.
17:49That did have me, like, second-guessing.
17:51I was up a lot thinking about that.
17:53So we'll, we'll talk more about this for sure.
17:57Larissa!
17:58Ooh!
17:59Look at you.
18:00Okay, honey.
18:01Now, Larissa, tell me about your two photos.
18:05Well, the first one was with minimal makeup, and I like both.
18:11I like a lot of natural light, to be honest.
18:13And you know something else that I notice about both photos?
18:16I don't see you doing this, Larissa.
18:19Yeah.
18:20And I also don't see it being just from the neck up.
18:23Yeah, but I'm not showing also my boobs in that big.
18:26You don't understand?
18:27So I feel more comfortable.
18:28I don't know.
18:29I see a lot of boobs here.
18:30Am I just a lot of one?
18:35Now, Aubrey, I'm curious.
18:37Tell us about your before and after.
18:38I love it, Aubrey.
18:39She'll do a full-on photo shoot.
18:41Black and white.
18:41I love it.
18:42Tell us about this, this before and after.
18:45I don't, I didn't mind either.
18:47How natural did you go in the second photo?
18:49I just, that was right after we just took everything off.
18:51I just put my lash on the mirror and the wipes at the top to make it a little more artsy.
18:55Black and white?
18:56What's the point of the challenge?
18:58It's just a completely different route than we took, and I think that shows that maybe
19:01she's not as confident in her own skin.
19:05Alan.
19:06Alan.
19:07Hey.
19:08Okay, honey.
19:09Oh, love the second Alan.
19:12Me too.
19:13So it's not too bad.
19:15That's great.
19:17Like, I have no lines, thank God.
19:19Is it possible that you're always seeking perfection as opposed to excellence?
19:23Yeah, it is always perfection.
19:26Do you see the beauty of yourself?
19:30Yeah, I do.
19:30Good.
19:31Yeah.
19:32I feel proud of myself, and I think others telling me that, you know, I'm looking good,
19:39and I, you know, I look perfect, and whatever they're saying, I think it's a potential that
19:44down the line, I might be able to do things like this myself.
19:48Your beauty is in your eyes to me.
19:50Yeah.
19:52It's not that big of a jump between needing a perfect selfie and needing a perfect self.
19:58Only if you're willing to stop chasing perfection will you be ready for a reversal.
20:05All right, well, with all of that, then this challenge is over.
20:08I didn't expect everybody to be so on board with this challenge.
20:15You can't look for things like makeup or your hair or whatever to mask who you are.
20:22You are who you are, so you better learn to love it, because it's all you got for the
20:25rest of your life.
20:27Yeah, is there a bar in this house somewhere?
20:29I'm so down for a drink.
20:31I need a mimosa.
20:32Let's go, girls.
20:33Let's go, girls.
20:36Coming up.
20:37What could possibly happen to the body?
20:39True.
20:40True.
20:42Jesus Christ.
20:43Ave Maria.
20:53That task was a bit too much for me today.
20:55You think?
20:56It was.
20:56Like, you know, she's kind of exposing herself and taking everything off.
21:00Then we had Aubrey doing a full fashion show, and I couldn't get a chance to use the mirror
21:06because she's sitting there with legs up like this and posing like that.
21:16Larissa, your boobs need to go.
21:18You're going to love it.
21:19Yeah, I cannot see my abs.
21:20I can't see my anything.
21:24You never can sleep forward.
21:26Oh, I sleep in other positions.
21:28Now, if I were Larissa, I would sleep standing up like a horse, but no time for sleep.
21:33We still have a big day ahead of us, and it's time for our sweet chicken Alan to meet Dr.
21:37Dubrow.
21:38Hi, Terry.
21:43How are you?
21:44How are you?
21:44I'm good, thanks.
21:45Good to see you again.
21:46You too.
21:47Come over here for a minute.
21:49Let's have a chat.
21:50So, what do you want from this retreat?
21:54I want to look a little bit normal.
21:57Okay.
21:58Like, I'm not your kind of average-looking Irish person, am I?
22:03Growing up, being bullied for the way I look, the way I talk, the way I dress, I just wanted
22:08to change my body image, and I wanted it done ASAP.
22:13And I just decided that I wanted to go down the plastic surgery route, getting Botox and
22:17cheek fillers, and then I went down the lines of having other types of surgery.
22:21It's heartbreaking to know that I started to change these things.
22:24You know, the inner child inside of me, you know, is probably saying, stop while you're
22:30ahead.
22:31Okay, so you've had hyaluronic acid filler.
22:34Yeah.
22:34In your cheeks and your lips.
22:36Yeah.
22:36And how many times do you think you've done the lips?
22:38Oh.
22:39Five, ten, fifteen?
22:41Well, I'm getting them, I'm 34 now, so I've been getting them done since I'm 21.
22:46Oh, seriously?
22:47Yeah.
22:47So maybe 20, 25 times.
22:49I'd say so.
22:50Okay.
22:51Ideally, obviously, what we want, okay.
22:53Alan, is for it to be dissolved and just look the way it used to.
22:58But you're not 21 anymore, Dorothy.
23:03I know.
23:04Do you know what I mean?
23:05Come on, Terry.
23:06I didn't even understand that lingo, because deep down I am 21, Terry.
23:10You look great, but these are things to consider and to factor in.
23:15The fact that the dissolving hyaluronidase may work too much and that other situation isn't
23:23as favorable as we want it to be.
23:25But let me show you an example.
23:27This is obviously the before, and let me show you a potential after.
23:35Look at the droopy of the right lower lip.
23:38Look at the left upper lip area.
23:40Didn't dissolve symmetrically.
23:43Not exactly what we want as a result.
23:48What are your thoughts about that?
23:51Not too bad, actually.
23:52I mean, I think it could look even better.
23:54It could look more even.
23:55Yeah.
23:56But it's always a question mark in this game.
23:58Absolutely.
23:59Of plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine.
24:02There could be complications, but every doctor has to say that.
24:05It's part of the agreement when you're assigning a contractor.
24:07So he'd get me on that table.
24:10I was born ready.
24:11Ha, ha, ha, ha.
24:13Check it.
24:14Alan, what's the most important part of this reversal process?
24:18Buttock.
24:19Buttock first.
24:19Yeah.
24:20That's what I thought.
24:21Yeah.
24:21That's what I thought.
24:22Because I think the other ones are just minor.
24:24Right.
24:25So when did you do a BBL?
24:26A year and a half ago.
24:28Where did they get the fat from?
24:29My stomach, my side, and my back.
24:31Okay.
24:32Yeah, it's a 360 lipo.
24:33Yeah.
24:34And they took the fat from there to my behind.
24:36Do you know how much they put in each cheek?
24:39What are we wrong?
24:40I'm saying 600.
24:41600 cc each cheek.
24:43I think so.
24:43That's a thing.
24:44I think that's what it was.
24:45In each body.
24:46No, that's very common.
24:47Yeah.
24:47Sort of the average, the typical is 300.
24:50Yeah.
24:50But 600 is significant.
24:51That's like, if you want to make an analogy between a buttock and a breast, that would be
24:55like a big double D.
24:57Yeah.
24:57Right?
24:58Okay.
24:58I mean, it looks like big double Ds, doesn't it?
25:01Well, why don't we go ahead and rotate you and take a look, okay?
25:06Let's talk about possibilities.
25:09Okay.
25:10All right?
25:10So we could certainly do some liposuction.
25:14Okay.
25:14Let me show you what that might look like.
25:19Okay.
25:20So let me ask you, what do you think of this?
25:26It's not too bad, actually.
25:28You'd be happy with this?
25:29I think so, yeah.
25:29I think this is quite possible.
25:33All right?
25:34Here's the thing with any reduction.
25:37Imagine what happens to a buttock that has had a large volume of fat injected into it,
25:43and that it's been there for years, and then you suddenly remove it.
25:46Yeah.
25:46What could possibly happen to the buttock?
25:49Droop.
25:49Droop.
25:50Yeah.
25:50Deflational ptosis, we call it.
25:52Yeah.
25:52Let me show you the droop.
25:57Not what we want, right?
25:58Jesus Christ, Ave Maria.
26:09Let me show you the droop.
26:15Not what we want, right?
26:16Jesus Christ, Ave Maria.
26:18That's not for me, Terry Dubrow.
26:21No, I wouldn't like that at all.
26:22I look like an ironing board.
26:24A what?
26:25An ironing board.
26:26Ironing board, yes.
26:27Yeah.
26:30That's just, it's a bit nasty.
26:33This is fun.
26:34Now listen to me, chicken.
26:35Could you imagine me walking around the world with a droopy butt chicken?
26:38I'm wrecked.
26:39Thinking about it.
26:41Wrecked.
26:42Okay, so the smaller butt might be a goal.
26:44Yeah.
26:45So, let's back up to when you first got the BBL.
26:49How does the buttock augmentation decrease the amount of bullying?
26:53So, I just thought by getting a little bit of work done, I might get more attention in a good way.
26:59Okay.
26:59But I was getting it in the wrong way.
27:01Did you ever get any approval from the bullies?
27:03No.
27:04Bullies are still around my life.
27:07Do you feel you have plastic surgery regret?
27:10Definitely.
27:10Just over time, I just started saying to myself, like, why did I even do it?
27:14Oh, really?
27:15Yeah.
27:15Well, the people in the house, they're like, it's perfect.
27:19It's great.
27:19It looks amazing.
27:20I want what you have.
27:21I'm going to be honest.
27:21Don't take your shit out of your ass.
27:23I'm just going to tell you that right now.
27:24I'm going to go eat so I can get an ass like you is what I'm going to go do.
27:27Opinions matter to me.
27:28And I'm quite influenced very easily because I don't know if I'm making the decision for the right reasons.
27:35I mean, let's be honest.
27:36Alan's BBL is not the most dramatic I've ever seen.
27:40But Alan has to decide what they really want and who they are doing it for.
27:45Alan shouldn't do it for the people in the house or the bullies.
27:48At the end of the day, whatever decision you do, you do for you.
27:53Yeah.
27:53And not for the bullies, right?
27:55Exactly.
27:55Yeah.
27:56I have to do it for me.
27:56I really think that potentially the ability for me to be humbled and grow here.
28:16Because usually I'm just a bitch that's over everybody.
28:19And I don't feel that way here.
28:20So I'm really excited about that.
28:22Because I know that it's worth it.
28:25I can say I earned it.
28:29While Aubrey floats on cloud nine, Dr. Spirit wants to dig a little deeper with one guest.
28:35Hold on to your wig, Kim.
28:37She coming for you.
28:38So the reason I asked to meet with you is I want to find out where your need to tweak all of your imperfections comes from.
28:47Yeah.
28:47I remember the activity earlier in the week.
28:50Yeah.
28:50And there was a lot of different, I want to change this, I want to change this.
28:54Yeah.
28:54Which weren't quite reversals, so to speak.
28:57Why do my knees look so terrible?
28:59I guess I need those done before anything.
29:01Kim, I can't with you.
29:02I should probably do the knees instead of the arms.
29:06I brought my knees up because they do bother me a little bit.
29:10And I know age and I know like with the weight loss.
29:12But I like to wear little clothes, like little skirt, you know, skirts or dresses that come above the knee.
29:17So it's like, God.
29:18But that's not why you're here.
29:20When will you finally say, there's no other tweak that needs to be done.
29:24I like me just the way I am.
29:28Well, I know I'm going to get older.
29:31It's, I think for me, because I've always, you know, gotten attention, I guess, for my looks throughout most of my life, that getting older is like, oh, my God.
29:41I just think that it's interesting that the fix is always for what was never broken.
29:46Right.
29:47I think, you know, I was always told as a child, oh, my God, my mom's name is Karen.
29:52Oh, my God, Karen, she's so beautiful.
29:53Like, because that's all I heard growing up.
29:57Do you think that hearing that too young or hearing that too consistently then requires you to continue to chase that standard of beauty?
30:04100%.
30:05Because then you think that's all you have is that when you hear that so often.
30:10You know, my mom had a mastoid ear infection when she was eight years old.
30:13And she lost a lot of her fat cells, like in her face and in her upper body.
30:15And I think she's always been kind of insecure about that.
30:19So she would get up early every single morning to her hair, her makeup, her earrings, her shoes.
30:23Everything was always perfect.
30:25Every single day.
30:27And she has taught me everything that I know.
30:30I was curling my own hair in kindergarten.
30:32And everything had to look just right.
30:34And I do the same thing with my girls.
30:37I'm just now starting to look at the mental side of plastic surgery.
30:40It's amazing that Kim has been able to realize where her quest for physical perfection comes from.
30:47Her mother.
30:47Now, I wonder if she'll be able to realize that she's been passing down her own obsessions to her daughter.
30:58Well, I absolutely thank you for taking this time.
31:00You're great.
31:01I really appreciate it.
31:02I appreciate you.
31:03We're going to have a great time.
31:04We are.
31:04We're going to have a great time.
31:34Let's do a toast.
31:35It's so nice meeting all of you guys.
31:37Big boobs and blessed boys.
31:43Hello.
31:44Hello, beautiful people.
31:46Good work.
31:47How are you?
31:48Baby fam.
31:49I'm joining you for dinner.
31:52Get some food on the plate.
31:53You have some real food.
31:55I know.
31:55I'm pumped.
31:55This is my first good meal.
31:57You must be so excited.
31:58And alcohol, baby.
31:59And alcohol.
32:00Oh, my goodness.
32:01So I'm sure you're all wondering what happens next.
32:05The retreat is all about giving you what you need to decide whether or not you want to reverse your plastic surgery.
32:13Now, when a decision has been made, you will step into the time tunnel.
32:22You'll jump forward in time and reveal your decision.
32:27Did you decide to rewind?
32:30Or are you going to emerge exactly as you are right now?
32:35So think about it and make a decision because the time tunnel is about to open.
32:44Those tits are waiting to be taken down.
32:46Look at them.
32:46Take it off.
32:48I don't think I'm ready because I don't know about the sizes.
32:51And I'm making money only fans.
32:53And bigger boobs is going to make more money.
32:56But I think he is very determined.
32:59So I think she's ready to the next step.
33:02What if you change your mind through the tunnel?
33:03I have to know this answer, though.
33:04What if, like, you're going through the tunnel and all of a sudden you get, like, freaked out?
33:08You're going to go back to the 80s.
33:10I think I'm ready to go through the surgery to fix my arms.
33:13I know Kim pretty well.
33:15And I know if something bothers me for longer than a year that I need to fix it.
33:18Oh, I wasn't done with my wife.
33:19Just give me one sec.
33:21I'm feeling a little nervous about dissolving my under eye filler because I'm not exactly sure if I'm going to be happy without it.
33:28I know I don't like it right now, but there are potential side effects if it goes wrong.
33:33I simply just don't know how this is going to end up.
33:36I'm ready, baby.
33:37If you two do go, I'm going to be f***ed out of sight.
33:40We all started this together.
33:41Yeah!
33:42It's been my day one since I got here.
33:43It's just, like, it's going to be weird.
33:46I'm not fully decided yet.
33:48And obviously decisions have to be made.
33:50Like, I can't stay here forever, unfortunately.
33:52Chicken, I really need a minute.
33:54The doctors would like to talk to some of you tonight to see if you're in the right headspace before making your decision.
34:02Kim, Dr. Terry and Dr. Spirit would like to see you now.
34:06Okay, great.
34:08And whoever is ready, I'll see you at the time tunnel.
34:11There she is.
34:19Hello, guys.
34:19Hey, how are you?
34:20Can I say hi?
34:22You look fantastic.
34:23You guys look really great.
34:25I'm in my yoga clothes.
34:26I love it.
34:27Did you work out?
34:28No, no, honey, I wish, but no.
34:30I guess we just don't have to.
34:30Working out with my mouth is about all I'm doing.
34:34You look great, though.
34:35So do you guys.
34:36How are you?
34:37I'm great.
34:38How are things going?
34:39I love it here.
34:39You do?
34:40I love it here.
34:41I love my friends that I've made, yes.
34:43Were you surprised that we asked you to come and sit with us tonight?
34:47No.
34:48Because?
34:49I'm not.
34:50I feel like I'm a pretty level-headed, rational person.
34:53Yeah, I mean, to me, you strike me as a very sort of binary person.
34:56Yes or no.
34:57That's right.
34:57I'm going or I'm not.
34:58I'm either doing this or absolutely not.
35:00That's 100% who I am.
35:01Always kind of probably do little tweaks here and there if I notice something, because I want to feel beautiful.
35:05I want to feel my best.
35:06It's interesting because Brielle started doing things at age 18.
35:10Mm-hmm.
35:11So she's very different than the way you were raised in that watching your own parents and what they did.
35:17They've done essentially nothing, right?
35:19Nothing.
35:20Neither one of them.
35:21You've kind of introduced the whole concept to the family of making these.
35:24Maybe that's a bad thing.
35:25Believe it or not, though, I don't think that it was Kim that actually introduced this world of plastic surgery to the family.
35:33Social media.
35:34No.
35:34I think it was your mom.
35:36And something that was really interesting that stood out in our conversation was you saying that even as a small child, everyone commented on your beauty.
35:46Mm-hmm.
35:47But never how smart, how kind, how generous, all of those internal attributes that allow us to find our confidence.
35:55And so I think that, perhaps coupled with, if ever there's something that you don't like, you can fix, perhaps that sets you on a path that said, my beauty is where my value is.
36:07I have to make sure that it's maintained.
36:09And Brielle has followed in your footsteps.
36:11Which is interesting, and I didn't realize that about generational, you know, plastic surgery.
36:18Brielle did her under eye, and then, like, what would Brielle's daughter or son do?
36:21It just hit me that's so wild at 46 years old.
36:24I've never even considered that.
36:26Yeah.
36:30Makes me want to cry.
36:31Mm.
36:41What are you feeling now?
36:57It's been really cool to do this experience with her, and to have her be, like, open and raw, and to have the experience of you guys, and to have to see her talk, and, like, be open with me and honest.
37:08My mom only wanted the best for me, and truly, I only want the best for my kids.
37:12But as a parent, you raise your kids for 18 years, and then they're out the door.
37:16There's no handbook on, like, letting go.
37:18And in that process, though, you know, my kids have made mistakes, but that's how they're going to grow.
37:24I grew through my mistakes.
37:25The thing that I hope for you in the next chapter of your life is that you allow your inner beauty to shine through.
37:33Thank you so much.
37:34You are phenomenal.
37:38Hello, guys.
37:42How are you?
37:43Have a seat.
37:45We spoke to your mother, and we talked about you and your relationship in the context of plastic surgery procedures.
37:54Yeah.
37:54I mean, me and my mom, like, pick on each other, you know?
37:57Right.
37:58It's like, we're in the mirror together growing up sometimes, like, oh, yeah, I want to go fix this.
38:02I'm like, me too, probably one day, you know?
38:04It's just, that's what I've been doing.
38:06Do you ever feel like that has kind of normalized for you guys, this kind of reoccurring plastic surgery journey that I can tweak anything?
38:14For sure.
38:15When I was 17, I was like, Mom, the second I turn 18, the second I graduate high school, can you take me to L.A. to get my lips done?
38:22She was like, done.
38:23Made a quick call to figure out where, and that's where I ended up.
38:27Looking back, I mean, I was only 18 years old.
38:30I needed more time to, like, develop and grow into my skin.
38:33People who watch, see on TV shows or TikTok, whatever, the observers are the ones who really give us, like, this kind of, like, complex or these issues.
38:44I'm surprised, honestly, looking back, that I haven't done more to myself or my face, considering the comments that I've grown up with since I was 10 years old.
38:55Do you think that one day you'll continue to have those conversations, though, either with your mom or even with your own kids in the future?
39:02I feel more beautiful now than I did at 18, of course, and it's not because of the enhancements.
39:08It's just, like, now I'm a woman versus, like, the young girl I was.
39:12And forget all the outside noise from the Instagram models or TikTok.
39:16No matter what you do, you will never look like that person, so learn to love yourself, because that's the only face that you'll have to look at for the rest of your life.
39:27I love that message.
39:29Thanks, honey.
39:29Mm-hmm.
39:32The time tunnel is now open.
39:43And for two of our retreat guests, the journey to the future is about to begin.
39:50Welcome to the time tunnel.
40:04It's when you push through those doors, you're crossing a threshold into the future.
40:10How do you both feel?
40:12I'm pretty excited.
40:12You look at it.
40:15You should tell your face.
40:16Okay.
40:17So, Brielle, you come stand here.
40:19Okay.
40:19Kim, you're going to go first.
40:21So what I want you to do is step up to the mirrors.
40:24Okay.
40:25What I've learned here is you can literally pick apart every single part of your body.
40:40Like, the question is, like, where does it stop?
40:42And I'm getting older.
40:44Things are changing.
40:46Things are falling.
40:48Bye, Mom.
40:55There she goes.
40:56And I think it really stops.
40:59When you have people around you, your children, and you have so many other things in this world
41:03other than your looks to really put that value on.
41:06So I feel really good about my decision.
41:08And I'm like, I'm embracing aging gracefully.
41:11You know?
41:11I feel beautiful.
41:13And we're going to roll with that for right now.
41:14Okay, Brielle.
41:21Step up to the mirrors.
41:23All right.
41:28I hope me going through all of this at such a young age will help a lot of other young people.
41:34You know, you don't always need to fix something.
41:36If it's not broken, don't fix it.
41:38Stop looking in a mirror, okay?
41:41Because once I stopped, I stopped finding things to fix.
41:44Ultimately, I decided that I do know what I want.
41:52I'm a little nervous.
41:54Like, I simply just don't know how this is going to end up.
41:57So wish me luck.
42:05Next time on Plastic Surgery Rewind.
42:08Hi, family.
42:08Hi, family.
42:09This is Sebastian.
42:10Jessica.
42:11Oh, God.
42:12That booty.
42:13I want it so bad.
42:14We would pop these implants.
42:16You will have a lot of excess skin.
42:19I got these.
42:21I tried to dry myself.
42:22I love Jessica's.
42:23Her hell reminds me of, like, a bad bitch, Dora.
42:27The time tunnel is now over.
