01:35lose myself maybe it just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's something much
01:41deeper but they won't be alone mainly for legal reasons they'll be guided by two

07:30is just the view is unbelievable it's insane bar bar oh poker I don't know how to do poker I'm not
07:37interested in keeping a straight face I don't know how to do it I have no idea why the I'm here
07:42other than the fact like I want a quick minor procedure like Brielle and I are all about that
07:46and then I look to the right and it's like well I can't help but stare at Larissa's boobs they're
07:50double the size boobs that I have and then Elvis Alan filler is something that I don't think belongs
07:56in people's faces that's how you get so out of control looking like you just gotta have a spaceship
08:00I just want to run to Dr. Dubrow get through this procedure and get out of here let's try this out
08:05oh this is adorable this is nice right here looks cute this is very beautiful Larissa Larissa
08:12this is cute oh there's two beds in here you can't have Brielle I'm worried about my hair you don't
08:23know how to blow dry your own hair no you how did you do that then yeah went to salon every day I get a
08:29blow dry is that not normal you go every day you have somebody do your hair every day every day
08:36honey you need to dial it back a little bit we're in LA where crazy happens but that's really out there
08:43even on a Sunday when you have nothing going on Sunday's the best day for me that's a real treat
08:47day for me like that's the day I've just given to the Lord and saying Lord is telling me to get a
08:52blow dry what is it naturally straight ginger straight ginger let's go downstairs and meet Michelle
09:04everybody find their room yeah okay I want to ask you why you're here Alan so I changed a lot of my
09:14appearances I've done a bit of Botox got a bit of cheek filler lip fillers and PDO treads and then I
09:20went down the route to get a 360 lipo and a BPL this is my problem you have a needle get me on the
09:25bed it wasn't a nice experience growing up being bullied for the way I look the way I talk the way
09:32I dress the way I was I was ginger I had spots I was a little bit chubby to change the way I look so
09:40important I dyed my hair black I started to do a little bit more to my face everything changed for me
09:47I do have a really good successful life back at home I do a lot of social media I do a lot of TV
09:53everybody in Ireland knows who I am and what are you hoping to I would like to get rid of the BPL
10:00really yeah why because I come from a place really small and everyone knows who I am it's like that's
10:08all they look at is that and I just get really uncomfortable when they're not looking at my face
10:13I feel as if my face has not worked anything and they're looking at my behind don't get me wrong we
10:18all love a compliment and we all like guys or girls hitting on us but I'm just looking for someone just
10:24to see me with this instead of the the big booty I thought Jenny whiny getting it done was gonna make me find somebody because I've never been in a relationship I got the attention but it wasn't the right attention I'm looking for I want to be with someone and have dogs and cats
10:43oh it's lovely well I don't think it's all peaches and cream sweetie so don't get it all twisted 34
10:49years old and I've never been in a relationship keep that ass and see what happens Larissa why are you
10:54here I'm here because they I did a lot of this flat surgery growing up I was bullied and this really
11:03made me feel very sad kids are very cruel sometimes I always want to look like Kim Kardashian Pamela Anderson Anna Nicole Smith people really love beautiful people what have you done
11:18live like when my knees nice Tommy turkey
11:22I'll VBL three times is then I remove it and gotta but gently I gotta tour before
11:28he actually had a fat removal light point machine and and because판 state knows – Oh – Also gotta fix not so
11:44You have a six-pack.
11:46What's the surgery for a six-pack?
11:47What do you mean?
11:50Vasoliposuction.
11:51Oh, is that what it means?
11:52I always wonder what that meant, vasolipo.
11:55What do you hope to get out of this?
11:57I just would like to change completely my lifestyle,
12:01go back to run, go to a marathon.
12:04And these boobs and the six-packs do not belong at all.
12:08But it's hard to run with those.
12:11It's 1,500 each.
12:13Wait, how much?
12:13No.
12:151,500.
12:22Coming up.
12:23What are we going to do?
12:24You'll see.
12:25For the parts that you're thinking of rewinding,
12:27you'll have three options.
12:29I think these ones look smaller.
12:31What is happening?
12:32This is a hard task.
12:33Larissa, you do not have a true picture
12:36of what you would look like after reversal.
12:39What's up with Larissa?
12:40She needs to get smaller boobs.
12:42Like, they look a mess.
12:48Well, it's hard to run with those.
12:51It's 1,500 each.
12:53Wait, how much?
12:53No.
12:541,500.
12:57I'm just confused because my mom's told me my whole entire life
12:59that there is no breast implant bigger than an 800.
13:03Larissa, girl, I don't know how you looked at those implants.
13:07And we're like, yep, that's the look I'm going for.
13:09I cannot relate.
13:09I really would like to be able to go to a pool party with a family
13:15and don't be that person that, um, what's she doing here?
13:18Aw, so you feel like you stand out in the wrong way.
13:21In the wrong way.
13:22I also, for example, I was at a country club
13:25and the woman was, like, doing stripper.
13:28And I was like, no, I don't do this.
13:31But because of the physical appearance, people...
13:35Well, people judge a book by its cover, sadly.
13:37I can totally understand what she's saying
13:40because when you do see her, all you see are her boobs.
13:43You're not willing to understand her, get to know her,
13:45so I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit.
13:48Okay, Brielle, why are you here?
13:51I'm here because I'm unhappy with my under-eye filler.
13:56I've gone through so much with this face.
13:58I've done my lips countless numbers of times, Botox,
14:01whole new jaw, which basically gave me a whole new face.
14:04What are you hoping to get out of it?
14:06Hopefully a better, softer, more natural look.
14:09I mean, like Dr. Dubrow said earlier,
14:11that's what we're all kind of going for now.
14:14And, Kim, why are you here?
14:16Well, I'm here because I'm going through a divorce
14:19and I've had, like, some weight loss
14:20and I'm a small-framed person.
14:22You are teeny.
14:23Yes.
14:23And so the 10 pounds has definitely created, like, some loose skin.
14:27And I did some contouring thinking that it would, like,
14:31it was supposed to go under the skin and, like, tighten it up
14:33and it did the opposite.
14:34I've done my boobs a few times
14:36and then I had a tummy tuck.
14:38I did have filler in my lips.
14:39I do Botox all the time.
14:44I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans.
14:48So I did a mommy makeover.
14:49Who does this stuff?
14:51A clown.
14:54Just because you're a mom doesn't mean you have to let yourself go.
14:57My mom, every morning, did her hair, did her makeup,
14:58her earrings, matched her shoes, and this whole nine yards
15:00and she set this really awesome standard and example for me
15:03to take care of myself as well.
15:05My mom had always said growing up, like,
15:07if I had really big ears or a really big nose,
15:10it bothered me or whatever it may have been,
15:12she would have fixed it.
15:13And I've always kind of said the same thing to my girls.
15:17And what are you hoping to reverse?
15:19So, like, I don't like when my arm is down.
15:21I would like to just fix this little portion here.
15:23I had some major neck surgery last year
15:25and I created this pretty big scar that pulls the skin.
15:28We'll see.
15:28It might not even be possible.
15:30Kim, the Rewind Retreat is designed for people wanting to reverse
15:33and wanting to go back.
15:35It's not a place to just come and get free surgery.
15:37Yeah.
15:39We have had a long day, a long night,
15:41so we're going to send you off to bed now.
15:43Go de-stress, de-drag, de-whatever it is.
15:48And I have to de-drag.
15:50So I will see you bright and early tomorrow morning.
15:53Good night.
15:54Good night, beautiful people.
15:55Good night.
15:56You're hysterical.
15:57You're hysterical.
15:58We're going to housewife of Atlanta, isn't it?
16:00Atlanta, yeah.
16:01Yeah.
16:07Good morning.
16:13It's morning number one here.
16:16It's hot as balls.
16:18I found a spider in my bed last night,
16:21so I just snuggled up with the Kimmy cakes.
16:23This is the crime scene in here.
16:26We're not going to open the door.
16:29Good morning.
16:31Good job, guys.
16:32Good morning.
16:37What are you doing, Boo-Boo?
16:40Oh, you're alive.
16:42I've been waiting for you all day,
16:44but, chicken, don't worry about it.
16:45Well, sweetie, you see your hair and you see mine?
16:46Mine takes forever.
16:49How are you?
16:50I'm good.
16:50How are you?
16:50How did you sleep?
16:51I actually slept very, very well.
16:53The bed was very comfortable.
16:54I'm quite surprised.
16:54Did you hear about Brielle last night?
16:56No.
16:56Brielle found a spider, like, this big.
16:58No, not into it.
17:00I knew not to call you to come kill it.
17:01Trust me.
17:01No, don't mind calling me, love,
17:03because I wouldn't know what to do.
17:04Imagine me with a spider.
17:06No.
17:06You're the funniest person on the planet.
17:10Really?
17:11Yes, you are so funny.
17:12I think me and you are going to be FF forever.
17:14We've got good energy.
17:15I can feel it.
17:17I can't.
17:17Yeah, we do have good energy.
17:18I think there's something going on here.
17:19I don't know.
17:20You want a kiss, or?
17:22Oh, I don't know.
17:25Have you ever wanted to be with a woman?
17:27A woman?
17:28Yes, ever?
17:29Ah, chicken, give it over.
17:31Never in your life?
17:32No.
17:33I wouldn't be into the foofy-foofy.
17:35When did you come out as being gay to people?
17:38I never really came out.
17:39They just knew?
17:39They just knew.
17:40I was always picked on.
17:42I was always, you know, told that I was this and that.
17:44I think changing things was a big priority of my life.
17:48I think that's why I'm always, like, conscious of how I look,
17:51because I was always judged on how I look.
17:53Does that make sense?
17:54Yeah.
17:56Getting all those names, queer, gay boy, or gingerhead, firehead,
18:00it lives and still lives in me, haunts me every single day.
18:06Listen, I'm going to be honest.
18:06Don't take it out of your ass.
18:08I'm just going to tell you that right now.
18:09It looks amazing.
18:10I'm going to go eat so I can get an ass like you
18:12is what I'm going to go do, okay?
18:13Because that's the first thing to go on me when I lost my weight.
18:16Well, let's go eat because I'm hungry too.
18:18Okay, baby.
18:18Let's go.
18:19Oh, look at this.
18:34Breakfast situation.
18:36Cute.
18:39Are you doing okay?
18:41Do you think it's normal?
18:42You have a serious commitment and a girl say,
18:45oh, can I stay in your place?
18:47No.
18:48For my man?
18:48For my boyfriend, yeah.
18:49No.
18:50Why would she go get a hotel?
18:52Exactly.
18:53Or stay somewhere else?
18:54Why are you staying at my man's place?
18:55I mean, crazy.
18:57No, he's gaslighting you.
18:58No.
18:59My boyfriend, he has his own place.
19:02I have my own place.
19:03This girl was asking if she could spend some few weeks in his place.
19:09I might be exaggerating.
19:12Or I'm really right.
19:14Say, no, I don't like this.
19:16Good morning.
19:17Good morning, honey.
19:19How are you?
19:20Your hair looks great.
19:21Oh, it doesn't.
19:22Don't lie to me.
19:23I'm not.
19:23I would tell you the truth.
19:24Hi, guys.
19:26Hey, Kimberly.
19:27What are you doing?
19:27Oh, you look cute.
19:28Oh, so do you.
19:30Are you guys eating or what are you doing?
19:31She's telling me about her man.
19:34I just want to know your thought on this.
19:35If he texts her saying, oh, Susie wants to come sleep over at my house for the week she's
19:41in town, and then she says, no, he says, you're insecure, you're crazy.
19:46Absolutely not.
19:46Your man cannot have another woman at his house.
19:48You deserve so much better.
19:50Larissa is very beautiful.
19:52The person that she's been dating and what he thinks is acceptable isn't, and she knows
19:56it's not, but she's not willing to address that and leave him.
19:58So why?
19:59And then he posted me on his stories, and all those girls started to say, she's ugly.
20:04But you?
20:05Why would it be her?
20:06Her boobies are ridiculous.
20:07Why do they feel comfortable enough to comment on to her man?
20:11Like, they must-
20:11They don't want your man possibly or something, or they know him, or he f***ed him or something.
20:15A lot of these extreme plastic surgery decisions, like, Larissa is based around, like, low self-esteem.
20:20So I want her to set boundaries.
20:22I think she would attract a way better caliber of a man than she has currently.
20:26Hello, beautiful people.
20:28Hello.
20:28Hi, honey.
20:29How are you all?
20:30Good.
20:31Tell me about last night, how you felt after talking about what you hope to reverse.
20:37You're still standing strong in how you feel.
20:39Absolutely.
20:40Good.
20:40I'm ready to get rid of this situation.
20:43Larissa?
20:44I'm very excited.
20:44You ready?
20:45Yeah.
20:46Okay.
20:47Alan, ready to lose that bum?
20:48It'll take time for me to kind of adjust, but I'm here for a while.
20:51So we'll see.
20:52Well, Dr. Spirit is at the top of her game just for situations like this.
20:56As a matter of fact, she's on the lawn right now waiting for us to go out and meet her.
21:03Okay, what are we going to do?
21:04You'll see.
21:06Perfect.
21:06You ready, Kim?
21:09Okay.
21:09Follow me.
21:10Where are we going?
21:13Coming up.
21:14Stress due.
21:15Can't get a blowout.
21:16I need a vodka and soda.
21:17ASAP.
21:17I don't get this cheek sitch.
21:22They all look the same.
21:24You started with filler.
21:25I had just turned 18.
21:27I told her to never do that under her eyes.
21:29But she did it anyway.
21:30Yeah.
21:31We can't do it.
21:35We can't do it.
21:36Got the whole squad living like a movie just saying.
21:39You gotta live this way.
21:40But you're up to ride.
21:41But you're feeling like you're blowing.
21:43Okay.
21:44We've arrived.
21:45And Dr. Spirit's waiting for us.
21:47Well, hello again.
21:48Thank you for bringing them.
21:50Of course.
21:51How are you standing in your picture?
21:52Like, they had to get the cankles in, huh?
21:55Larissa's like, what is happening?
21:57Larissa, do you drink?
21:59No.
21:59Oh, you should start.
22:00That's probably part of the problem.
22:03Well, welcome, everybody.
22:05How are we feeling?
22:06Good.
22:07Standing in front of you is a larger-than-life version of your actual body.
22:12And next to you is a bucket of all of your body parts.
22:16For the parts that you're thinking of rewinding, you'll have three options.
22:22You can choose to remain the same.
22:24You can choose a version that's bigger or more extreme.
22:28Or you can choose a version that's smaller or less extreme.
22:32You got it?
22:34This challenge will tell me if they are really clear on what a reversal would look like.
22:41All right.
22:42Are you ready?
22:43Let's go.
22:44All right.
22:47This looks like a really interesting leg.
22:52Oh, my God.
22:53My feet's so big.
22:54My God.
22:55Why?
22:56I hate this photo.
22:58I look like a chicken.
22:59A rotisserie chicken.
23:01It's too much, that photo.
23:06Finding the smallest ass in this bucket is the easiest part.
23:11And the rest is the hardest.
23:14I am terrible when it comes to puzzles.
23:17I'm stressed out.
23:17Can't get a blow out.
23:18I need a vodka and soda.
23:20ASAP.
23:20I'll blow you out any time.
23:23I don't even know how to do left or right.
23:25Why is it this way?
23:27Never mind putting my body together.
23:29She can hardly get dressed in the mornings.
23:31Why do my knees look so terrible?
23:33I guess I need those done before anything.
23:36Kim, I can't with you.
23:37I should probably do the knees instead of the arms.
23:40What is happening?
23:46Mom, please just look at how thin these bitches are.
23:50Throw those on the ground.
23:51Next.
23:52Those are going in the, we don't want you, bucket.
23:55This is a hard task.
23:58Everything looks the same.
23:59I can't figure it out.
24:00This is probably one of the hardest things I've ever done.
24:02Like, these all look so similar to me that it's hard for me to get the ideal cheeks.
24:09I could not figure out which one was overfilled or underfilled.
24:14And I think that's a big problem.
24:15If I can't tell the difference, then there's clearly a problem.
24:19Like, what the f***?
24:20How do I not see that?
24:21Lips were definitely easy to tell.
24:24Are these your current lips?
24:25I hope.
24:26Your current lips are your ideal lips.
24:28I do like them.
24:29Look out these boobs.
24:31It's difficult.
24:32I think this one looks smaller.
24:39Kim's got a handful of necks.
24:41They all look exactly the same.
24:43I mean, what I'm hoping for is to have absolutely no lines and no scar.
24:46So what I hear you're saying is that none of these are good enough.
24:48You keep working on that.
24:53Hello.
24:54Hi.
24:55How do we look?
24:56Tell me about this breast size.
24:58I think it goes smaller.
25:00It's a little bit of water with the run.
25:02Feel very happy.
25:03Okay, we'll talk more about it.
25:04So I'll let you in on a secret.
25:06These are not smaller breasts.
25:08Clearly, Larissa's perspective is off.
25:12Come on, Michelle.
25:13Let's go see what's happening with Alan.
25:14Come on, let's see Alan.
25:16Wow!
25:17What are we working with here?
25:18Alan, I see some major spaces here.
25:22So let me ask you, I'm curious.
25:24Sometimes when you look at yourself,
25:25do you ever take a look at some of those old versions of you
25:29and think I was just fine just the way I was?
25:32Never.
25:33I honestly don't know if I'm prepared to be Alan McGarry
25:37without all the enhancements.
25:40Just want you to think about it.
25:41Yeah.
25:41Okay?
25:42Okay.
25:44All right.
25:44Mm-hmm.
25:45Can you come look at my arms and how odd they look?
25:48Which neck did you go with?
25:50Real, all of them look f***ing terrible.
25:52This puzzle stuff is really throwing me for a loop.
25:55These necks all look the same.
25:56Like, what am I missing?
25:57This is why I'm not a plastic surgeon.
25:58Okay, so Alan, tell me a little bit about what you chose.
26:02So I chose to go a little bit smaller with the bum.
26:06Mm-hmm.
26:06And then obviously smaller with the lips
26:08and obviously the cheeks also.
26:10Okay.
26:11Well, you're right.
26:11You, in fact, did choose all three smaller parts.
26:16So Larissa, in looking at your changes,
26:19I noticed that you chose a lesser sculpted stomach
26:24and larger breasts.
26:29Was that your intention?
26:31No.
26:32That's no way that was a biggie.
26:35I can't believe that because that looks so small to me.
26:38I noticed that you chose larger breasts.
26:52Was that your intention?
26:54No.
26:56Could it be that because for years you've been so obsessed
26:59with achieving this body shape
27:01that you're not able to recognize yourself
27:03with more normal proportions?
27:04Yeah, it's good food for thought.
27:08I don't have an idea anymore what size.
27:12I really cannot be trusted.
27:14Brielle, you chose larger lips and larger cheeks.
27:21I think that looks like my lips.
27:24For real.
27:25Like, I do, right?
27:27Actually, they are a little bit bigger.
27:29Are they?
27:29Yep.
27:30I'm confused as to how I got my lips wrong.
27:32Clearly I don't know what my lips look like.
27:34And maybe I need to go get more lip filler.
27:36I don't know.
27:36Kim.
27:38Now, you chose firmer, larger arms.
27:41We chose larger cheeks.
27:43But the thing that's most interesting out of all of this to me
27:46is that you actually chose a more wrinkled neck.
27:49Are you?
27:50Oh, so you look better than that.
27:52There was not one neck I wanted.
27:53Ah.
27:54So is it possible then, just perhaps,
27:57that there's nothing wrong with the neck that you have now?
28:00No.
28:01Just kidding.
28:01Just think about it.
28:02No, I definitely think, what do you think?
28:05Yeah, it looks way better this way, right?
28:06Your neck is beautiful, Kim Zolciak.
28:09It's really weird that I would pick a much older neck
28:11than what I currently have.
28:12I think what is going to be really great here
28:14is kind of getting to the root of everybody's kind of issue
28:17and help us kind of get down to the nitty-gritty
28:19of, like, really why are we wanting to do these things?
28:22And maybe it just is an aesthetic thing,
28:24or maybe it's something much deeper.
28:25I want to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity
28:29to get to learn just a little bit more about you today.
28:33Some of you perceive flaws that no one else can see.
28:36Some of you do not have a true picture
28:39of what you would look like after a potential reversal.
28:42I hope it's given you some food for thought.
28:45Let's go ahead and get them back to the house.
28:47Let's do it.
28:47Let's go.
28:48Ferret, see you later, baby.
28:50Bye, see you later.
28:51I'll meet you in the house, kids.
28:53I think the challenge did mess with all of us
28:55mentally a little bit.
28:57All of us are unhappy with the photo.
28:59We're unhappy with the selections we made.
29:01How do we really see ourselves?
29:04Maybe our perspectives of ourselves is a little skewed.
29:08Like a dream, I'm up on cloud nine.
29:11Yeah, for real, though, I hit the solo.
29:15Every day, I want you more, more.
29:18Hi, Larissa.
29:22How are you?
29:24It was a long day, wasn't it?
29:25I'm good, but...
29:27What's wrong?
29:29I've seen, like, all the things that I have done.
29:34I just wish I could be back on time.
29:37I feel more surprised that I got my boob size wrong
29:40during the challenge today.
29:43I got my first surgery.
29:45I was doing 90 days.
29:46So after I got my boobies and my nose,
29:49I say, oh, this is amazing.
29:52Like I won in the lottery.
29:54To be successful, to get a good partner,
29:57I feel like it's all about how you look.
30:00I decided to increase my implants.
30:03I'm making money on OnlyFans, and I thought,
30:05well, bigger boobies is going to make more money.
30:09And I thought, what can go wrong?
30:12When I started to make money on OnlyFans,
30:14I'm not going to lie,
30:15I was very happy.
30:18But to make the bigger money, you need to do a lot.
30:21And then you start to realize, oh, my God,
30:24I'm getting deeper and deeper,
30:26and I don't want to do this anymore.
30:28It's like quicksand.
30:30What do you show on your OnlyFans?
30:32I show sexy videos, sexy photos.
30:36Do you show everything?
30:37Yeah.
30:37If you did reverse,
30:38how is that going to, you know,
30:41benefit you in the long run?
30:42So maybe they will not like the reverse,
30:45but I'm in my foot out.
30:48Yeah.
30:49I feel I kind of suffer from body morphia.
30:53You never are satisfied for who you are.
30:56You always want to increase.
30:57You always want more.
30:58You always want to change.
31:00So it's not about the body.
31:02It's about the mind.
31:05So how is your mind right now?
31:07You are, like, more inclined to do or not?
31:11Kim has been telling me, like, you know,
31:13and Brielle has been saying, like,
31:14no, like, I want what you have.
31:16So, like, I'm 50-50.
31:19Um, okay.
31:21I talked to Alan this morning, Al.
31:22I was telling him about his ass
31:23and how he should just leave it alone.
31:25I think it looks great.
31:25A hundred percent.
31:27It almost seems like somebody
31:28made him feel insecure about it or something.
31:31What's up with Lursa and her man?
31:33I don't know.
31:34I just think she has low self-esteem
31:35and she needs to just go ahead
31:36and drop that dead f***ing weight.
31:38I agree.
31:38She needs to get a backbone of her own.
31:40And she needs to get smaller boobs
31:41so that people take her a little bit more serious.
31:43I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit.
31:45Like, I'm not trying to f***ing talk.
31:46I love our new friends,
31:48but, like, they look a mess.
31:50We look, like, I just, like,
31:53work from one end to the other, I think.
31:55I could keep...
31:57We could keep this look for years.
31:59Of course.
31:59But we need to live this life style.
32:02Exactly.
32:02I think we both have a lot to think about.
32:07Coming up...
32:08Is Kim Zolciak gonna be okay
32:10with a scar in her armpit?
32:13Dissolver can sometimes dissolve
32:14not only the filler you had put in,
32:16but your own natural hyaluronic acid.
32:19It can?
32:20It can.
32:20Yeah, it's not good.
32:22I look like Elvis Presley done wrong, maybe.
32:35Or Elvis Presley dead.
32:37Either or.
32:38I done something in my hair.
32:39I'm ready for today now.
32:41Alan embraces their bad hair day
32:43while Larissa gets some vitamin D
32:46on her triple Ds.
32:47Leaving two retreat guests
32:50to consult with our plastic surgeon,
32:52Dr. Terry Dubrow.
32:54Brielle.
32:55Hi.
32:56Hi.
32:56How are you?
32:57Good to see you.
32:57Good to see you.
32:59Come on in.
33:00Welcome to my consultation room.
33:02So, how are you?
33:03I'm good.
33:03Good to spend time with your mom, right?
33:05Very lucky to have her here with me.
33:07Yeah.
33:07Yeah, I'm glad we both, like,
33:08need some help together.
33:10Hello, hello.
33:11How are you?
33:12So nice to see you.
33:12Good to see you.
33:13Oh, God, what are we doing?
33:15What are we doing?
33:15We're here for you.
33:18So, you've had some procedures.
33:20Yeah.
33:21Right?
33:21Right.
33:22And you've been happy with most of them.
33:25Yes.
33:25All of them.
33:26But I feel like my skin isn't as tight,
33:28so I tried to do some contouring.
33:30So, I want to talk to you about your journey
33:33so I can really understand
33:35what you want to reverse
33:36and how I can help you.
33:37You started with filler.
33:39Yep.
33:39So, what age were you?
33:41I had just turned 18
33:42when I first got my lips done.
33:46Wow.
33:46Yeah.
33:47I graduated high school,
33:48and the second I graduated,
33:50my mom took me to L.A.,
33:51and I got my lips done by the doctor.
33:54Everybody was getting their lips done at the time.
33:55And there was no hesitation from the doctor
33:57at doing it to someone who's 18, right?
33:59No, it was like,
34:00get in the chair, let's go.
34:01Doctors who do filler on young people
34:03really should think twice,
34:05because at the end of the day,
34:06filler can actually make a young person
34:08look significantly older.
34:11You had some put in the cheeks, yes?
34:12Just like a...
34:14something she did here.
34:15I told her to never do that under her eyes.
34:17And she did it anyway?
34:18Yeah.
34:19So, she regrets that, maybe?
34:20She does.
34:21You regret her doing that?
34:22Yes, but, you know,
34:24sometimes you got to let them go
34:25and learn on their own,
34:26even though I was like,
34:27please don't.
34:27Yeah.
34:28Were you happy with that at first?
34:30I was, and now it's so puffy here and here,
34:37but I feel like especially this side,
34:39I think one side is definitely more full than the other.
34:41So, you grew up in an environment
34:44where people around you were having plastic surgery
34:46and cosmetic enhancements.
34:48Yeah.
34:48How aware were you about sort of any enhancements
34:52your mom was doing?
34:53I was always going with her to her doctor's appointments.
34:55I feel like she was mostly getting every laser
34:59you could think of to remain youthful.
35:02So, then every month, I'm like,
35:03oh, I need to go get my lips done.
35:05Filler became like going and getting like a Diet Coke.
35:07You know, it just became...
35:08Hair and nails.
35:09Yeah.
35:10The under eye filler just became like a...
35:14insecurity that I didn't even know I really had.
35:17I grew up on TV since I was 10 years old.
35:21Y'all want to sing happy birthday to her?
35:23This is the person I wanted.
35:24Smile.
35:25What the heck is wrong with you?
35:26Y'all make a deal on everything.
35:28My mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler.
35:32And watching my mom go through this
35:34kind of just made it seem like normal.
35:36And next time you see me,
35:38I'll have a new set of titties.
35:40I get hit up by tons of doctors
35:44for free surgeries, free injections.
35:48Social media is my job.
35:50I know what I have to do.
35:51Post it on social media and gain a following.
35:53Anything I saw that I felt like I could go fix,
35:57I would go and I would fix it.
35:58So here you are.
36:00See, look at me.
36:02Damn, that is not good.
36:03Yeah.
36:04Filler is not a no-brainer.
36:06You know, it's not just you put in it,
36:07if you don't like it, dissolve it, go away,
36:09and everything's fine.
36:10Oh, really?
36:10So this is going to be a task?
36:12Well, let me show you what is theoretically possible
36:15and maybe what can occur.
36:17See that?
36:17That's now.
36:18Okay.
36:19And that's dissolving.
36:22I already like the after.
36:23You do like the after.
36:25Yeah.
36:25You like the dissolve.
36:26I still look like I have cheeks.
36:29I almost look, like, younger.
36:30You like your natural face.
36:32I do.
36:33I do.
36:34Let's take a look at what you're looking like now, okay?
36:36Oh, this is it.
36:37Okay, okay.
36:38It doesn't show it perfectly,
36:39but you can see loss of elasticity,
36:42looseness here,
36:42particularly up in the upper third.
36:44Yeah, right.
36:44Right?
36:45And that is consistent with a poor result
36:47from laser contouring that you had.
36:49So you see this here?
36:50This is, like, not smooth there.
36:52What is that?
36:53Can you fix that?
36:54I hate it.
36:55So there is a procedure
36:57called a limited incision brachioplasty,
37:00an LIB,
37:01where you make an incision in the armpit,
37:04elevate up the skin,
37:05and tuck it up.
37:06But is Kim Zolciak going to be okay
37:09with a scar in her armpit?
37:12So you've been discussing a little bit about the neck.
37:14Your neck, to me,
37:16looks pretty good.
37:18Well, what about look at this?
37:19When you go like this
37:19and you, like, squeeze it back,
37:20it looks so great,
37:21so much tighter,
37:22and then you go like this
37:23and you go like this.
37:24So when I stretch my neck...
37:25It's stuck down.
37:26Yeah.
37:27Here's the thing with the neck.
37:28It begs the question,
37:29how many face and neck lifts
37:31can a person have
37:31before they start to look altered?
37:34Yeah.
37:35Having a neck lift
37:36too early in life, like 46,
37:38means that even if you get the procedure,
37:40gravity is still going to happen,
37:42and you might need one or two more
37:44over the next 20 years.
37:46And remember,
37:46the more procedures you have,
37:48the higher the risk
37:49of looking heavily altered.
37:51So why not wait?
37:52All right.
37:53Well, we're going to talk more about it.
37:54I want to make sure you understand
37:55the possible risks and the downsides,
37:58because the informed patient
38:00is the best kind of patient.
38:01No, I agree.
38:02Sometimes, as you may or may not know,
38:04dissolver can sometimes dissolve
38:06not only the filler you had put in,
38:08but your own natural hyaluronic acid.
38:11It can?
38:11It can.
38:12Let me show you.
38:13Here's you.
38:14And now, with the dissolve,
38:18I mean, you can see this facial deflation.
38:20Everything's dropping.
38:23I look like 65 years old.
38:25Yeah, it's not good.
38:26So we have to be considerate
38:30of the fact that this is a possibility
38:32with dissolve.
38:33I'm getting hot over here.
38:37Like, I do not want that face ever.
38:39I'm going to look like this ugly-ass photo.
38:41I would rather be overfilled
38:42than look 85.
38:45After seeing that photo,
38:47I'm having some second thoughts for sure.
38:50How are you enjoying this?
39:04The retreat is being very good.
39:06A lot, I feel.
39:08Where the hell are the two girls?
39:10They're never on time for anything.
39:12They think they're going to a red carpet or something.
39:15Hi, guys.
39:16Hello.
39:16Hi.
39:17Good morning.
39:17I can never find this room.
39:19Place is too big for me.
39:21How'd you sleep?
39:22Oh, fabulous.
39:23That's how you put your concealer on
39:25with that brush?
39:26Yeah, that's Kelly Jenner's new brush.
39:28You like it?
39:29No.
39:32Did you give me a brush?
39:33Because I want to put the highlight on you.
39:34I have loads of brushes,
39:35but I didn't bring my brand new brushes to me.
39:36This is all this old ones.
39:38Do you not wash your brushes every day?
39:39I wash them every day.
39:40I don't clean them every day.
39:41Every day.
39:44Me and Dawn dish soap.
39:45Can you put it on him?
39:46Because you have a better eye
39:47than me.
39:49You want to put foundation on your face
39:52with the brush you used yesterday?
39:53Then the lines aren't perfect
39:55because it's got shit on it from yesterday.
39:57I want my lines perfect.
39:58I do feel like I hold myself
39:59to a very high standard
40:00when it comes to beauty.
40:01I saw my mom
40:03and I saw my grandmother.

40:51going to be here today.

40:54It would be great to meet other celebrities
41:05that have felt the pressure
41:08of their visibility being so important
41:12and so crucial
41:13that they've also made changes to their looks.
