Midhun Reddy - ఎంపీ మిథున్రెడ్డి సదుపాయాల పిటిషన్పై ఏసీబీ కోర్టు విచారణ జరిపింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా.. ఒక ఎంపీకి ఇవ్వాల్సిన సదుపాయాలు ఇస్తున్నారా? అని రాజమండ్రి సెంట్రల్ జైలు అధికారిని ఏసీబీ జడ్జి ప్రశ్నించారు. అయితే.. కోర్టు ఆదేశాలు ఇస్తే వాటిని అమలు చేస్తామని జైలు అధికారులు చెప్పారు. దీంతో.. చట్టాలు చేసే వారికి ఇవ్వాల్సిన సదుపాయాలు ఇవ్వాలి కదా అని జడ్జి అన్నారు. వాదనలు ముగియడంతో తీర్పు రిజర్వ్ చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. సాయంత్రం లోపు ఈ పిటిషన్లపై తీర్పు వెలువడే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తోంది.
The ACB Court held a key hearing on the petition filed regarding the jail conditions of YCP MP Midhun Reddy, currently lodged at Rajahmundry Central Jail.
🔍 During the hearing, the judge directly questioned jail authorities: 🗣️ "Are you providing the basic facilities an MP is entitled to?"
The jail officials responded by saying: 📃 "We will follow whatever directions the court issues."
The judge then strongly remarked: 🗨️ "Lawmakers should be provided with the lawful facilities they are entitled to."
