Today’s vlog starts with behind-the-scenes footage of the filming processes ft. Beck and Eric. Amberlynn eats her breakfast and lets us know she fought off the B monster yesterday. The plan for the day revolves around Amberlynn being out of foundation, so they’re making a 2-hour drive to JC Penny. She shares that she has a birthday party and a wedding to attend this weekend. While they make the drive to Sephora, Eric cooks steak for a salad he and Rickie are trying for their low carb diet. Amberlynn has Beck park the car far from the entrance when they get to JC Penny so they can get those steps in. It turns out Amberlynn didn’t call ahead or look it up online to confirm they had the brand of makeup she was looking for, but as luck would have it, they had sample sizes of the product she was looking for, so she’s covered for her events this weekend until they ship her the regular size. We see Eric’s salad while he and Rickie start eating at the dining room table, enjoying the silence. Amberlynn has Beck out walking the loop to get those steps in before midnight. After burning all those calories, she’s feeling the B Monster creeping up on her, but we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see if she answered the door.

01:41Today is day two of the challenge. A little update on yesterday. I did succeed when I said you know
01:45I wasn't gonna. So I didn't. So I'm super super freaking happy about that. It was very hard and overpowering.
01:52I had to chug a lot of water and chew a lot of gum.
01:54My jaw started to hurt because when I chew a lot of gum my jaw does hurt.
01:58So I just need to remind myself tonight when the binge monster

02:11So yeah, I'm very proud of myself. I did my 8,000 steps.
02:14Today I'm a little behind on steps because I slept a lot longer than I wanted to.

03:02So I did weigh in today. I said for the 30 day challenge I'm gonna be weighing in every single day.
03:07So yesterday I was, what was I yesterday, 498.6 which was my highest unfortunately.
03:12And today I weighed in at 497.0.
03:15So that means I lost 1.6 pounds in one day and that was even after overeating.
03:21So I'm super like excited about that.
03:23That's awesome.
03:25Today my goal is to do even better than yesterday when it comes to eating and not overeat.
03:29And if I do, don't let it turn into a bitch.
03:32Um, that's just, that's my goal for today.

04:07So to get the foundation that I use is actually two hours away.
04:10So we're going to go drive there.
04:12So that means I'm going to be spending majority of the time in the car today.
04:15And that makes me nervous for my steps.

04:19I'm going to try my hardest to maybe, you know, walk around extra in JC Penney,
04:23which is where Sephora is.
04:24So we're going to go do that.
04:26Finally, I'm going to have some makeup to wear.
04:29Especially because I need it for this weekend,
04:30because I have a birthday party to go to and a wedding.
04:32So let's do this thing.
04:34Now I'm getting ready to cook dinner.
04:36I have the oil heating up in the pan.
04:38I'm just going to let it get a little bit warmer.
04:40And then I'm going to start adding the steak in there.
04:42Pieces of the steak, I'm going to start cooking them.
04:44And then we are going to have steak avocado salad tonight.
04:48We just picked up a bag of lettuce.
04:50I picked up some fresh avocados.
04:52So I'm just going to cut them up, split it in half,
04:54and then mash it up a little bit and add it to our salad.
04:56And then put the steak in there.
04:57Hopefully dinner turns out well.

08:16What I want to do is I got this idea from someone on Instagram to write all my weights
08:21down from 30 days on whiteboard.
08:22So I'm going to do that.
08:24So day one, I was 498.6, day two, which was today, 497.0.
08:34So that means I was down 1.6.
08:35So I want to, I put day slash instead of day two.
08:38I hate when I mess things up.
08:40But yeah, I want to put this here because I walk by this spot every single day.
08:44I'm also writing it on paper, but this is just a way to kind of keep me more accountable.

08:57I feel really annoying when I say that word, but I'm actually really hungry.

09:08I'm thinking about pushing my calories a little bit higher.
09:11I have talked to a lot of people on my fitness pal.

09:16You can message me on there if you want, but a lot of people are like, you know,
09:18don't lower your calories too fast because that will like literally make you
09:22and you won't be strong enough to cancel out of it.
09:25And two nights in a row.
09:26Now I'm going to be able to not because I'm eating around like 24.
09:30Like today I ate 2,400 calories.
09:32My fitness pal wants me to eat 2,700.
09:34The TDEE wants me to eat like 3000.
09:36So I'm definitely eating in a very big deficiency.
09:41I hate that word, but yay.
09:43Uh, today went really good.
09:45I'm proud of myself.
