Amberlynn either took a week off from vlogging or deleted a vlog because we begin the month with a weigh in video without Becky. Amberlynn explains how the two have been sick because Becky helped family members. She says they have been so busy, sick, and away from wifi, that they didn’t film a weigh in video last week, so we have two weeks of weigh ins, including goals. It turns out Becky was too sick to weigh in when Amberlynn wanted to film, so Becky’s results are unknown. She tries to be inspirational before breaking the news that she will be counting calories this week. When it’s time to continue with the day, she decides to show us what she will be eating over the next couple days, starting with bacon and eggs. Later she shows us the type of water she’s been drinking and recommends some eggrolls that were recommended to her. The next meal she prepares for herself and Becky consists of random ingredients left before a grocery run. She decided on a protein bar as a snack since she had leftover calories. The next day Amberlynn starts the vlog in the living room while waiting for Twinkie to come in from outside. She films her plans for the day, talking away to the camera while Eric and Rickie are trying to watch tv. She just happens to be explaining what happened to her car a few days ago, so they’ll have to wait another 10 minutes before resuming their show. It’s the only clip she filmed but the next day, after timelapsing her makeup and hair process, she sits down to explain the car troubles in full, and it’s not the only thing she’ll be explaining. It seems that Hannah and Rafe are back in the picture. They’ve been hiding them from the vlogs as to not have to deal with the reaction to their yo-yo “friendship”. The reason for explaining why they’ve been keeping their time with Hannah and Rafe a secret is to let us know that they didn’t call them for help as a last resort, but that they were already with them. Becky joins Amberlynn long enough to explain the ailments and the need for rest, while Amberlynn downplays Becky’s illness, so she doesn’t have to go grocery shopping alone. Becky has the option to stay home because Rickie is the one driving today, but not if Amberlynn has anything to say about it, after all, it is their 1-year anniversary. Before Becky can escape the camera, Amberlynn asks Becky to share the goal for weight loss this week, then gets bored and asks Becky is she should get up so Becky can sit down to talk. Amberlynn seems happy that Becky is on medication for blood pressure, since it’s something that Becky has been dealing with for a while. The last thing she wants to address is the state of Twinkie’s nails and why she doesn’t cut them herself. We cut to the drive to the grocery store that Becky was unable to get out of, where Amberlynn makes an unflattering remark about herself, something Eric wanted to say but didn’t want to be perceived as throwing shade. When they make it home, Amberlynn does a grocery haul.

00:02So welcome to another weigh-in video. I know some of you are probably like
00:06Where's Becky?
00:08Becky and I both got sick Becky had to drive one of her sisters somewhere
00:13It was a different sister than the one that we stay at
00:16She was just around a few people who were sick and then so she got sick and then passed it on to me. I
00:24Don't know what it is, but ever since I don't know in the last year
00:28I've just been getting sicker super like easier than usual
00:32Normally, I could be around people who are sick and then never budge and then just like say like healthy
00:37Destiny has been sick. How long have you been sick for it Tuesday and Wednesday, but it really got me on
00:43Like the day we left and we were in the car ride. It was really bad. Yeah, she's been sick since like Wednesday
00:49I never get sick. Like it's very rare
00:51I have a very strong immune system and I'm so like happy about it, but we've been like kissing
00:59We've been kissing and like we sleep next to each other and we hug each other and we drink after each other and
01:04All that stuff so it's bound to happen and I feel my throat starting to hurt really bad
01:10But every time around someone's sick. I'm getting sick as well. She's sick. She doesn't feel good
01:15So she's not gonna be in this weigh-in video, but I will give you guys updates on her weigh-ins
01:20There will be two weigh-ins in this video because we did weigh ourselves last week and we forgot to film
01:25We've been going through a lot
01:26There was a time where we had no way of uploading videos. So I've just been like
01:31like crazy so
01:38Last week Becky weighed in at 230 230. No 263 point four. So this is Becky's
01:48So that means she was up 0.6 from the week prior and then last week I weighed in at 490 point six

02:00Which I'm super happy about that means I lost three point four pounds three point four pounds
02:07Applause I wasn't trying I wasn't trying to be healthy
02:11It kind of just came off because I was trying just to eat less
02:14I was trying to be more mindful of the quantities of food that I was putting in my mouth
02:19And I guess it kind of worked
02:20So before I get to the weigh-in today, I kind of want to talk about a few things
02:24So the goals I set for myself, I think it was like two weeks ago
02:28I wanted to talk about if I did those things my cat is on the table shaking it
02:33One of them was I wanted to drink more water and I feel like I have been doing that
02:38I am buying like gallons of water and I'm drinking them between like two days
02:42I want to try drinking a little bit more than that
02:45But I feel like that's a big change going from drinking no water to drinking
02:50You know a gallon of water every two days if you hear that noise
02:53It's a cat toy that my cat's playing with another goal that I set for myself was to constantly be up
03:01Here when I'm choosing something to eat if there was a candy bar in front of me and an apple
03:06I wanted to be mindful and choose the apple and I will say that I did not do that at all. I have had
03:12several
03:13Situations where I have been or I have a really bad. I haven't really
03:19I
03:21Haven't really been trying. I know what I need to do to do this and I plan on doing that this week
03:26There comes a time where you know, there's so many yo-yo dieters. I'm really sorry if that is annoying to you
03:32She's having the time of her life right now
03:34There's a lot of yo-yo dieters out there and it just takes one time for someone to be like, you know what?
03:39I got this I'm searching for that time
03:41I thought it was gonna be in January
03:43But obviously it wasn't and that's just like really depressing to think about but I was doing great in January
03:49And I kind of want that mind frame back
03:50So we're gonna find it and we're gonna search for you guys
03:52I wanted to do a little bit of positivity in this video instead of talking about the things that I don't do good
03:58I want to talk about maybe accomplishment that I did this week when I wrote these questions down
04:02I thought I was gonna be able to like come up with something brilliant and like amazing that I did like turning down a Chinese
04:08Buffet run. What? Oh, no, I know it's buffet. But anyways, we should go to a buffet
04:14There's no buffet open right now. What time is it?
04:1710 30 at night
04:20Buffet no, my only accomplishment is honestly just
04:24Choosing water over diet soda, which I have been doing a lot and I know that's kind of not that big to some people
04:30But for me it is because I love diet soda. I love everything about diet soda
04:34It just feels great when you're drinking it, but I noticed that the more water I drink the more I crave it
04:39So it makes it towards like a cycle of I just continuously keep drinking water and I kind of like that. It's pretty amazing
04:45So to get to the weigh-in that happened today Becky actually did not weigh in today. She's not feeling the greatest which that's okay
04:52I mean you're gonna have weeks like that where something comes up or you're just not feeling good or something like that
04:57So she did not weigh in but my weigh-in today was
05:01492 point six. Okay guys, so it's just me today. I was wearing a maxi dress
05:07So I'm just gonna put the maxi dress on the scale. I want to see how much it weighs

05:12That is the reason why I take off my clothes. I mean, I'm still wearing underwear and pants right now, but that's okay
05:21So that means I gained 2.0 pounds I gained 2 pounds that's just how it is
05:26I did a lot of a lot of a lot of eating out
05:29I don't think I cooked a single meal maybe like a breakfast or something
05:32I just did really really really really really bad this week and I'm able to
05:37Just be like
05:39My fault like I'm a food. I love food. I don't I don't know. It's just sucks
05:45How did I feel during this weigh-in?
05:46It sucked because sometimes like I'll have a horrible week and I'll be like, you know what?
05:50Maybe I'll step on the scale and still see a loss. Oh my god, you know
05:53sometimes I still hold that like hope in my head, but that's like fairy-tale land because it's not gonna happen like that
05:58Like if you have a bad week, it's gonna show on the scale
06:01It's just how it is
06:02But something that is cool to me is when you're having a good week or you're like exercising a lot
06:07Like sometimes the scale won't show that but your body will in inches. That's kind of neat
06:12Like when you're doing really good, you're eating healthy and you're going to the gym
06:16The scale won't show it
06:17But if you like count your inches your body will show it sometimes like people who are obsessed with the scale like I am
06:22It's kind of bad for people like that
06:23But I just want to let people know who are watching this who do have a journey
06:27I know it sounds like oh my gosh, I'm gonna have a bad week
06:29I know it sounds like oh my god, why are we like listening to a 500-pound girl talk about this like she knows what she's talking about
06:36Unfortunately, I do but there's a disease up here that makes it to where all the knowledge
06:40I know never gets set in place
06:42So I really really want to be that person to inspire others and to motivate others and I want to do this
06:48I want to do this. I want to do this so bad. I want to do it for me
06:51I want to do it for you. I want to do it for my family
06:53I want to do it for my girlfriend. I want to do it for my fur babies
06:55I want to do it for positivity and
06:56Radiation of positivity. So last thing I want to talk about is what I'll do differently this week
07:00There's so many people who are like counting calories is bad coloring counting calories is good counting calories is bad
07:05it's just back and forth and
07:08Obviously if your calories are lower than what you're used to eating you're gonna lose weight
07:13That's how I lost a big chunk of the famous 89 LBs. I swear if I make merch, it's gonna say that
07:19You know Amberlynn you do need to focus more on what you're putting in your body and how much so what I'm gonna do differently
07:24This week is I'm going to be counting calories
07:25I'm gonna try to make what I ate today videos for you guys and I'm gonna show calories and things like that
07:31It just takes one day one moment for you to realize
07:35You need to do this. You need to do this for yourself. You need to get healthy literally
07:42fight for your life
07:43You need to do this for yourself you need to get healthy literally
07:48Fight your battles and your demons do this for you and your health

07:55Need to just I need to get to that point eating healthier counting calories drinking tons of water
08:02Being mindful. These are my goals and I really really hope to succeed in them

08:29Okay, so welcome to a new video
08:32So today's video is going to be strictly what I ate and I'm gonna be showing you guys the calories as I go
08:39I want to let everyone know that I haven't been grocery shopping in a hot minute
08:43So I really want to focus today on just eating the foods that have been sitting in the fridge for too long
08:49Obviously that aren't bad because I don't want to be getting sick
08:51but sitting in the fridge for too long or sitting in the cabinet for too long or sitting in the freezer for too long because
08:56Everyone knows sometimes you buy foods and they sit in there for a while and then you keep going grocery shopping and you never touch
09:03Those items so today
09:04I just want to focus on eating up the things that I have
09:06Instead of going grocery shopping and kind of not eating those things
09:09You get what I'm saying? Because there are quite a few things that I have that needs to be ate. Buckle up grab some popcorn
09:24Which one should I get some skinny pop or something skinny girl popcorn crap it still comes with butter and it's still more calories
09:32Oh
09:33Wow, see that's insane. This is healthier out of all the choices
09:38Cheaper and healthier. I'm getting it throw me up on your TV
09:40So I know some people watching on their TV, which is funny cuz it's like hey, I'm on TV
09:44Okay. Now let's do this thing. I need to go have some breakfast. So I'll show you guys what I'm having
09:49This is pretty much my daily breakfast when I was younger
09:53I couldn't really eat eggs, especially scrambled because they literally made me feel nauseous, but they don't do that anymore
09:59Really? So I'm happy about that
10:00I usually just have two medium eggs and I do use a little bit of a Pam spray
10:06I know this is nonstick but you know
10:08That just helps and I usually just add a little bit of garlic powder to my eggs
10:11And then I also like to have two of these already cooked bacon when I was younger. I didn't like bacon
10:18So now that I've discovered that I like it. It's super good. I love having two of them
10:22I just pop it in the microwave for a minute and 11 seconds and it gets nice and crunchy

10:32Pretty simple a caveman could do it you guys remember those commercials?
10:36I've also been liking to have two mandarins super super good
10:41I usually eat them first and then I eat my eggs and my bacon
10:45I know that's kind of like strange but so it's 53 calories for two slices of bacon 120 calories for two
10:53scrambled medium eggs for two
10:56Clementines it's two clementines. It's gonna be 80 calories
11:00So all this for 250 calories and it honestly leaves me satisfied
11:04So I actually track my calories on my fitness pal. You guys should definitely download it. It's an amazing an amazing website
11:10It really helps a lot and there's a huge community and remember drink your water. I try to drink a gallon
11:15I never succeed in that I used to be able to but not lately, but I'm trying so I wanted to recommend these
11:21These are Vans chicken egg rolls that you can get from the deli in Walmart. I randomly just grabbed one one day
11:27I became obsessed with it and Eric actually grabbed this and then offered me one and I was like, oh sure
11:33This is what they look like. They're so good. I feel like it's made with a wonton wrapper
11:38You can correct me if I'm wrong because it's only 130 calories
11:41So yeah, super delicious definitely worth the calorie and one pack it comes with two
11:45So it's 260 calories for the full pack, but I only had one. Thank you, Eric
11:50So here is a meal that I have been loving. I just kind of came up with it
11:55I got this like frozen that frozen frozen veggie spirals and zucchini
11:59I had to grab that because I used to make that from scratch back when I lived in Virginia and these chicken mozzarella
12:05Meatballs are amazing. I do cut them up which you guys will be seeing in a minute and I also got some edamame. I
12:11Love edamame. It's a shelled soybean as you can tell super easy to cook and really good and I added some of this
12:19Classico garlic sauce to it, which made it great it tied it all together
12:23So here edamame is super super easy to cook
12:26You just add the whole bag inside of a pot and then you just turn on the water and you'll soon discover that big old
12:33Clump of edamame will shrink down and break it together and then you just put it on the stove
12:38I put mine on about like eight. This is normally where I'll add some music by decided
12:43I'll just keep going with my voiceover. This is how I like to cut my meatballs
12:47I don't really like the texture of meatballs some of them I can stand but I just cut them in half and then here I
12:53Am well, I cut them in half and then half again and the half again
12:56Here I am measuring out
12:58two servings of the sauce
13:01So a serving for me and a serving for Becky, which is only half a cup and then I am dishing it out
13:08Yes, look at that first goes in the zucchini in the bowl
13:11And then I do a serving of the edamame in each which is half of a cup as well
13:17And then next obviously we both have a serving of the chicken meatballs. Oh my gosh. I'm getting hungry
13:23Just editing this and then I do equal parts on this sauce
13:28And I decided at the end to do a serving of mozzarella cheese, which is 1 4th of a cup
13:33So in total this whole bowl is four hundred and forty calories
13:37So I just want to share this with you guys
13:39Sometimes I'll eat this as a meal replacement or a snack if I have calories left over. This is a power crunch
13:45It's in chocolate mint and it's turn five calories
13:48I definitely recommend this if you guys
13:50Like chocolate or mint and you want to up your protein because I know some people, you know
13:55Do sometimes it could be hard to get in protein and other days. It's like super simple. Um

14:05Just woke up a little bit ago. If you hear a background noise, Eric and Ricky are watching
14:12I don't know if you guys have ever seen that but
14:16That's some old school. Okay, not really some old school stuff, but it's definitely from a while ago, but super funny
14:21I love New York came from that and everything. But anyways, so today is just gonna be a chill day at home
14:27It is Sunday our car broke down on Thursday night. So I'm sure some of you are wondering what's going on with that
14:34So the situation goes like this
14:37We have it at the car place
14:38The guy called us Friday said he can't check on it and tell Monday and he can't even work on it until Tuesday
14:46The tow guy said it literally just looks like the transmission plug came out
14:50Which makes sense because of everything that happened when we were on our way home. Our friends are dropping us off
14:54We went we had to go the same route as where it happened and we just lost
14:58So much fluid that it was still there after a lot of raining and stuff. So like stained the ground practically. That's weird
15:05I'm just hoping it's not anything super big or expensive because cars like when they break down it can it can
15:11Put a hole in your hole in your wallet for sure. I'm just waiting for Twinkie to come back in
15:16She's currently pooping TMI. Oh

15:52Today is Becky and I's one-year anniversary and it sucks because we did have things planned
15:57But we don't have a car currently the guy never called about what was wrong with our car
16:01Becky took it into her own hands and called herself
16:03He was like some dude wrote it down on a piece of paper, but I can't find that paper. So I'll call you back later

16:13It's now going on 5 30 p.m. And we still haven't gotten a call back. So we're gonna have to call again
16:18That's just a little frustrating because it's been the whole weekend that we've been worrying
16:22Then when Monday comes when they're supposed to call us in the morning and tell us what's wrong. It never happened
16:26So it's just frustrating. But anyways, I'm sad that Becky and I don't get to do anything today because
16:33It's our anniversary and we don't want to bother Eric and Ricky and be like, hey, can you drop us off?
16:37So at so-and-so place and can you take us here and there because today is their gym day
16:52Very close to the gym. There is a Kroger Becky and I need to go grocery shopping
16:55So just to kill two birds with one stone, we're gonna go grocery shopping. Like I wouldn't have asked them
17:01I don't like asking people for things
17:03I wouldn't have asked them for help if Kroger's wasn't like right near the gym pretty much and they have to go grocery shopping, too
17:08So it's like get two birds stolen to one kill two birds with one stone. Anyways, this whole rambles actually about something else
17:14There's a big
17:17Subject going on a lot of people think that I am friends with Rafe and Hannah again
17:22And when I kept saying friends in my vlog when the car got messed up
17:26I was like, oh friends friends friends
17:28Like I didn't say who it was when we were on our way home. Our friends are dropping us off and it is Hannah and Rafe
17:33There's a big rumor going around people are saying that we only had Hannah and Rafe to call
17:39So that's why we called them because they were our last like option and I want to say
17:44Everything about that statement is completely false. I want to be here to tell you guys exactly what happened
17:50So there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that you guys don't see because I don't vlog everything people misconstrued
17:56Miscon... I'm just gonna like stop talking people twist things
17:59Okay
18:00And people make it what they want and they judge you for your decisions and stuff and I just want to say it's actually been
18:06A while now Rafe actually contacted me we ended up texting each other
18:10I'm not gonna go into detail what was said, but everything is good. I just don't think it's anyone's business like last time
18:16I don't want any drama around this. We wanted to keep our friendship private
18:19So we did Becky and I have stayed the night over there
18:22We've hung out with them several different times and it's all been private
18:26It has not been posted on the internet or anything like that. We've been going through a lot
18:30There was a time where we had no way of uploading videos. So I've just been like
18:35Like crazy so so the day when our car broke down we were actually hanging out with Hannah and Rafe
18:40That was the day we were leaving Becky's sister's house and Hannah and Rafe actually wanted to meet up go out to eat somewhere
18:45So that's what we did. We wanted to keep it private
18:47So that's why I didn't vlog them or anything like that before we went
18:51Obviously out to eat. I dropped Twinkie off at their house
18:54They're only gonna be gone for a couple hours and she likes it there
18:57let's just say this her room is literally full of dog pee and
19:03Dog poop and it's sometimes it was really hard for me to stay over there because of that
19:07So I'm just gonna leave it at that. So
19:10Whenever we first got together and I would visit there was this room upstairs
19:15Where the litter boxes would be but it also had an extra bed in it and the litter box was just so
19:21It needed clean so bad that there was feces on the bed and on the floor
19:26So I dropped them dropped her off there and after we were done eating we went to the mall
19:32Which they were also there with us
19:33But I did not vlog that because we were keeping our friendship private just like every single time that we hung out with them
19:38We did not vlog it did not talk about it. Nothing like that
19:40And if I did vlog it I didn't show them because we wanted it private
19:43Just because I'm on YouTube doesn't mean I need to show everybody everything
19:46So anyways back to what I was saying after we were done eating and we were done with the mall
19:50We were driving back to Hannah and Rafe's house because we were gonna pick up Twinkie and go home
19:54I really wanted to go home. I had laundry I had to do
19:56We would have stayed the night that night, but I had just a lot of things also to do
20:00So we were gonna go pick up Twinkie on their long strip of a road
20:13Here
20:24You have to turn on to to get to their house is when everything went haywire with the car and they were right behind us
20:30Because we were all hanging out. So they were there when it happened. We didn't have to call anybody besides a tow guy
20:36They were just there when it happened. It wasn't like they were our last resort our last option
20:40It's because they were there to help us and it was greatly appreciated and to make anything else clear
20:46We have tons of people in our life who would be willing to help us
20:50Becky has a huge sweet kind caring family who would have been there in a heartbeat
20:55There's Eric and Ricky and stuff, but Hannah and Rafe were there and I'm very grateful that they were there because it was really scary
21:01I've never really been through that type of situation. That's mine and Becky's car that we just got we were like worried
21:06So we waited for the tow guy Hannah and Rafe were like, you know, we can help you
21:09I know we ended up staying the night there because that was really our only option because I do live quite a bit far away
21:14From where we live and it was just late at night. We were frustrated
21:18So we ended up staying the night there and then they brought us home the next day when we were on our way home
21:22Our friends were dropping us off
21:24We went we had to go the same route as where it happened and we just lost
21:28So much fluid that it was still there after a lot of raining and stuff. So like stained the ground practically, that's weird
21:35So yeah, Hannah and Rafe were already there. I was already friends with Hannah and Rafe for God
21:39It's been it's been a while now
21:41Probably about over a month that we've been secretly friends and we just didn't want to post it anywhere and I asked them permission if
21:47I can talk about this online and they said it's fine
21:50We just don't want no drama because it's just like it's pointless. You know what I'm saying?
21:55I'm the type of person who gives people chances. That's just who I am. That's just how I've always been
21:59I know there was a few people were like, oh my god
22:01I miss Rafe and Hannah and that's awesome
22:03Like that's amazing and I know there's gonna be a lot of people who are gonna be pretty mad at me about this
22:08But I just wanted to clarify that they weren't just like a last option and we weren't just
22:12Contacting them for help because that's just not how it went. Becky and I are getting ready to go to the grocery store. Oh

22:21She's still sick
22:23She ended up going to the doctor and it's just sinuses stuff and she's on antibiotics
22:27It's a sinus infection plus a throat infection. Yeah, I said it's not contagious. So calm down. Yeah, it's all content
22:33I still get like room. So I feel really bad and really rough. I have had hardly any sleep last night
22:38I just kept having to sit up and it was rough
22:41That's why I wasn't in the last weigh-in video because I was extremely sick and I just stayed in the bed
22:46That's what I was told to do
22:47Yes, do you feel better to go out today and stuff? Cuz I mean I can always go by myself
22:51I mean, I don't feel good, but I don't want you to have to go on

23:25This week with your weight loss, okay, so I'm still doing good with the water. I'm trying to
23:31Stop with too much lemons because I feel like it's not always healthy to do only lemon and water
23:37It's just really addictive. She just loves lemon. She eats them. I love lemons
23:41It's not good for your teeth, but it's just so hard to break it. Yeah, I want to eat more protein
23:48Do you want to sit here and talk to him? No

23:55Because I've been told that that's the way to go more protein
23:59Really? We don't need as much protein as you think like who's not talking to my sister. She's like, you know fish and chicken
24:05She's like this. Well, yeah, cuz those are lean meat. Yeah, those are good for you because they're lean
24:09She said if we didn't do beef to do lean, but we usually don't do beef. We usually do ground turkey
24:14Yeah, if we do anything and to exercise
24:18Mm-hmm. I mean obviously right now I don't feel like exercising
24:22I feel like you know going outside and laying in the middle of the room let the car run over me, but
24:26You know, I'm not gonna do that, baby. Yeah, I feel really bad. I'm probably running a fever. I know
24:32You you should probably go check that. Yeah. Yeah, you're worrying me. I'll be okay. It's just a sinus infection

32:35The good old grocery haul so we got two gallons of water
32:39I got three things of this fresh breast tenderloins to fresh ground chickens
32:45They didn't have ground turkey where I went besides in like tubes, but I don't want them in tubes this time thing of pepperoni
32:51These turkey meatballs. I wanted chicken sausage, but they didn't have that
32:54So I just got lean turkey meatballs, which I will cut up like I usually do with meatballs Becky wanted
33:00Some type of already cooked shredded chicken
33:03So we got some of that two onions three bell peppers two things of romaine hearts. We got one zucchini and
33:11two cucumbers
33:13Mushrooms carrots. This is mocha mommy, which is pretty much edamame. We got some sweet peppers
33:19We got four sweet potatoes. I want to try cooking these and like a different type of way
33:24Maybe in the oven or something. We got two types of spaghetti sauce, which we don't use for spaghetti
33:30We just use for making mini pizzas and whatever other things
33:34We got Classico and fire roasted tomato and garlic and an organic olive oil basil and garlic
33:39I wanted some kalamata olives because I want to make Greek salads. I call these just like sweet banana peppers
33:45I don't know. I just want to put that in the salad. I got some Greek feta dressing and I love the bottle
33:51It's super cute. And no, that's not the reason why I bought it. I got some sriracha
33:55I haven't had sriracha and it's been a very long time. Obviously some feta cheese for the Greek salad
34:00I got two of these Luna bars
34:02They're just chocolate chip cookie. Oh, and these are new kind bars, I guess and mango apple chia and pineapple banana kale spinach
34:10So there's only fruit and veggies in this one and only fruit and chia in this one
34:14There's no added sugars or anything. So we want to give those a try
34:17We got some sandwich things which is what we're gonna be using for the mini pizzas tomato basil extreme wellness like wraps
34:23We're gonna use for wraps, which is pretty much common sense
34:26And I needed two more of these containers and Becky needed some Kleenex. That is everything now
34:32I need to put it all away. I literally got my water jug back there Becky and I were just sitting here
34:37We watched a movie called ultraviolet. It's not really something
34:40I'm rather used to action movies are just like not really my thing, but
34:46we watch each other's movies like
34:49If it's a movie, I don't like I still watch it movie
34:52She still watches it that has nothing to do with this video this video it kind of did start off where it was like, okay

35:37I just want to let you guys know that I only have one protein bar a day or sometimes I don't even have any I
35:42never exceed the limit of one cuz
35:45You know, sometimes it is kind of like candy, but this one is the chocolate chip cookie dough
35:49I just want to let you guys know that the taste was great
35:52Like honestly, so amazing the texture is what I think won me over
35:59Won me over it's a hundred and seventy calories
36:01So that is a bit much the proteins 12 and that one so that's not like too too bad too much
36:07I have this for a snack because my calories were super low for today
36:12So I needed to figure out something else to have today now that I'm sitting here and thinking about it
36:17I should have showed you guys what I had for dinner
36:19I had a cauliflower pizza. It was just like a frozen pizza, but it was so freaking good and I should have showed you guys
36:25It I devoured it. Like I literally devoured it
36:28It was 610 calories for the whole thing, but it was super thin and pretty small Becky and I were gonna split it
36:34We were both gonna eat it for 310 because half of it would have been 310 calories, but she wasn't that hungry
36:39I was super hungry because it was hours and hours since the Chinese buffet
36:42So I really wanted to share this accomplishment because for me this makes me proud
36:49Usually when I go to a Chinese buffet as you can tell this is a Chinese buffet
36:53I will get tons of egg rolls crab ragoons two plates just filled with white rice. I love white rice
37:00Sometimes they're meat which is breaded. It's just a lot of fried and bad foods
37:04But this time I chose shrimp salmon cabbage some broccoli green beans
37:10Three very small, California rolls and it's just everything I chose was healthy
37:17Obviously, you know, there's salts and there's probably some oils and for dessert. I usually like to go to Baskin Robbins afterwards
37:23I'm gonna be honest. I get to skip two scoops of mint chocolate ice cream, but I didn't do it this time
37:28I had some freaking fruit. So for all three of these plates the
37:31778 calories combined so that worries me because this was healthier than what I usually eat and a lot less
37:37So Becky and I decided to go to this Chinese restaurant that we really like
37:40I got two crab ragoon an egg roll two pieces of this like chicken stuff that I like tons of white rice as you guys
37:47Can tell a little bit of this like curry vegetable stuff that I really like so that is what I got from there
37:53So that kind of freaks me out because it's like how much do I normally eat here?
37:57I must eat like easily over 2,000 calories when I come here
38:00So this accomplishment for me is very very big and I'm proud of myself and I wanted to share that with you guys
38:05So today my calories I ended my calories around I think it was yeah 1800
38:10Um, I'm aiming for 1800 but all the food that I showed you today was just random things spanned out in the last like three
