We start the day in the kitchen where Amberlynn is making her usual eggs, bacon and mandarin breakfast. After breakfast, Eric’s in the living room with Becky vlogs Amberlynn while discussing the darkness in the house. They planned to go to the Dollar Tree in the afternoon, but by the time Amberlynn returns in the Walmart parking lot, the sun is down, and the dollar tree was closed. Becky wants to look for a movie, so the two get their steps by parking far from the entrance, Amberlynn says she wishes they could park farther away. Of course, Amberlynn can’t go to Walmart without picking stuff up, so she shows us what she bought after Becky shows us a haul. She ends the vlog by explaining her side of the gift card giveaway situation. She held a contest on Instagram to celebrate reaching 50,000 subscribers. She wanted to hear the hardships of others then choose one that made her the most emotional. She took longer than she said she would to send it out, then the person said they didn’t receive it. When the gift card didn’t show up, the recipient lost their cool and decided to send their messages with Amberlynn to the “haydurs” which led to Amberlynn being called a scammer. She finally decided to address it and that’s how she ended her vlog for the day. The next day Amberlynn films a weigh in video, without Becky. She’s been struggling lately but hopes to find motivation from her fellow YouTuber Foodie Beauty.

03:19and oh whoops my it's like to keep track of what you eat and you're exercising and water intake

03:33one that wouldn't work it was like the 4d ultra or whatever i don't know if i've got the right thing
03:39for that so i was like well i'll just wait until we find a regular blu-ray so i got wonder woman because
03:44i've not seen it and i really want to see it and oh yeah that is the movie you even want to see yeah and
03:49then i've got the last airbender i'm explained i'm explained because everybody thinks that this
03:54movie sucks and it did not leave it did it did not meet my expectation at all it did kind of suck
04:00but i mean the show is amazing so i wanted to add this with it just because wait so you've seen that
04:07movie before yeah it's not as good as the show nowhere near but i just got it just to have it i'm
04:12gonna re-watch it it's been a long time since i've seen it just to see if i feel any differently
04:16which i'm sure i won it was three dollars so three dollars that's actually pretty cheap yeah is that

04:56they said that if i ever feel the need to binge well what they do is when they feel the need to
05:00binge or overeat or something they'll chew on some mint gum and it takes like that craving away so i'm
05:05gonna try it we're gonna see how it works because i feel like maybe what's wrong with me is like i just
05:09want something in my mouth that sounds wrong i got a cutting board we have three now but for some
05:15reason they're either because there's four of us living here and we all cook a lot of fresh foods
05:19like constantly and stuff like that it seems like they're always in use either one's in the sink or
05:24one's currently being used or one's in the dishwasher or something like that so i just figured
05:28i would add one more to our little group of uh cutting boards so um i also get got a get fit done
05:35my fitness journal because every day i am logging how much i'm eating how much i'm walking and stuff
05:41like that oh i didn't see this part this is really cute sorry i i would just skim through it when i was
05:47in the store and i was just like oh this is really cute but like there's a page that say don't say i
05:51wish say i will today i'm so thankful for i have to keep going because today's food you can write right
05:57here today's mood and then there's also these pages where um this is your food blog for the week this is
06:02your um cardio uh your water intake which i drink a lot more water than that i'm doing like a gallon
06:08a day i just thought it was super cute got a pen to go with that and then i also got this little
06:13notebook paper thing because i'm always writing something down always like i'm a list maker i just
06:18enjoy writing and this was rather cheap what is everything that we got i'm actually hungry i'm about
06:25to make some dinner just one of my meal prep things and i'll catch up with you guys later
06:31wakana so i haven't really been wanting to address hate or hate comments or people insinuating things
06:40that aren't true but i feel like it's highly important because this is like questioning my

10:35a lot of people are talking about this i know a lot of people aren't gonna believe me and that's okay
10:40because there's no way i can prove it it sucks i wish like had like receipts that you get because i
10:45honestly didn't get one because i literally was just sending off an envelope it was in a bluish
10:50tealish envelope which had the card in it and the visa card i need to send off something on monday
10:56super important i hope i forget i really hope the giveaway winner is listening to this i just wish
11:01this would have went a different way because if they really didn't receive it which makes no sense

11:44bad about it but they should have gotten it this is where i'm confused i go back and forth where
11:48i'm like are they lying are they just trying to pin me as a bad person were they a hater to begin with
11:53it's confusing and it's frustrating frustrating and i'm just like i deal with this on a daily basis
11:58people questioning my character about this whole situation when i sent it out so i just don't know
12:04what to do anymore i'm sorry for this i don't really like to answer negative stuff anymore and
12:08like i don't even want to do comment call out anymore because it's just like
12:12just so much negativity in the comments and i just don't want to deal with it but i'm in my vlog for

13:07okay so welcome to my weigh-in there's no becky today because she actually did not weigh in today
13:11i slept a little bit later than her i have been having mega sleeping problems it's really bad like
13:20i hate it so i'm gonna have to like figure out a way to fix my sleeping schedule and the best way to
13:25do it is to stay awake for 24 hours well if she wanted to fix the sleeping schedule she would have a
13:30stay awake for 24 hours then crash at 9 pm the next day then she would stay up late again the next
13:35night or a few nights later anyway making that entire day of exhaustion for nothing i'm not sure
13:40what i'm gonna be able to do that because we're actually leaving today for a few days so i don't
13:44think i'll be able to do it but i definitely when i come back i'm gonna have to do that and if i'm
13:48squinting that sun is just bad news today i'm gonna be honest about how every day went normally i'm
13:55obviously honest about it but i just want to go like far more into detail so every day i would wake
14:01up i would be motivated i'd fill up this which is half a gallon of water which two of these is a full
14:07gallon which is what i aim for i will make my breakfast i will count my calories i'll go on my
14:12fitness pal respond to messages accept friend requests put my calories in i will be like yes let's
14:18go for a walk i'll go for a walk i'm just so motivated uh lunch comes along and i'm like okay
14:26yeah i kind of got this let's warm up a prepped meal but then dinner starts coming along and i'm like
14:36weight loss what like what i don't know what that means i've never heard of that word before icon
14:40possessed i have talked with a lot of people about this who suffer from binge eating or just
14:55suffer from the eating disorder that i'm currently suffering with it's a state of possession it
15:00literally feels like that obviously we're not truly possessed but it feels like it i want everything
15:05i go out to eat and i'm like okay i'm gonna choose something healthy i usually don't eight times out of
15:09ten i don't but there are some times that i do which every time that i do just makes me a little
15:13bit stronger but every time that i don't just weakens me then after that i'll be like oh i'm
15:18you know take me to so and so stores so i can get you know a big bag of chips and a pint of ben and jerry
15:24ice cream that is something that is reoccurring every single day it has been like that every single day
15:32i don't believe in the whole enabler thing because i feel like what you do with your body is up to you
15:37and what you want to put in your body is up to you you can only change if you want to change that
15:43goes for drug addicts alcoholics and food addicts food addicts like myself just because say my
15:48girlfriend wants me to change or my roommates i don't i don't know like they can't sit there and
15:54be like oh we want you to change so you can't do this you can't do that no it's like all up to me
16:00they're not putting the food down my throat they're not making me eat these things i don't believe in the
16:04whole enabling thing i hate when i see comments about that because it's like this is me this is
16:08my doing this is nobody else's fault but my own this is no one's fault but my own and that's just
16:14pretty much how it goes the next thing i want to talk about is 100 days of calorie counting i have
16:19been doing that but every single day i go over my calories because of the binging at night i get
16:24completely possessed and i just feel when i wake up i feel unstoppable i fell on top of the world i feel like
16:30nothing can stop me now and then it's just like this monster creeps in and it's terrifying i have
16:36been enjoying so much talking to you guys on my fitness pal by the way it is just filled with a
16:41bunch of us who want the same thing in life so that is why i respond to all the messages on there
16:46and i talk to you guys and i enjoy it it keeps me wanting to keep fighting i want to fight for myself
16:52but i want to fight for you guys and let you guys know that i can do this and that if i can do it you
16:57can do it i know how cliche that is because so many people say that but i have been fighting with
17:01this for so long that i just feel like i'm never gonna be able to conquer it i'm never gonna be
17:05able to lose the weight somewhere within there has to be a stronger amberlynn i know it i'm cussing
17:12too much so it's not because youtube friendly someone told me on my fitness pal a subscriber
17:18if you're watching this i freaking adore you because this was amazing she was just giving great
17:23i'm pretty sure it was a girl she was giving great advice she said one two three four it was
17:28four words i haven't written down on paper so i wouldn't uh misquote it four words that brought
17:32tears to my eyes and was the best advice that i have received in a very long time and she said
17:38live with the discomfort
17:43who knew four words can hit me right here in the heart live with the discomfort girl you are right that
17:49just i don't know something about that just i don't know her advice was beautiful because after
17:54she said that she said you ignoring the urge to binge isn't gonna hurt you it's not gonna hurt you
18:01so just live with the discomfort of it for now because when it passes you're gonna feel so much
18:07better live with the discomfort live with the discomfort like i'm sorry you guys take a shot every
18:13time i say that it's just it's true though because if i can live through the discomfort every single
18:19time i get stronger and i just i really need to focus on that and it was just such a beautiful
18:24advice because it's so true just live with that discomfort whether it's you walking or and you're
18:30like super out of breath but you know you can keep going live with that discomfort or when it comes to
18:34like binge eating just live with that urge for a minute it'll go away someone else also said that
18:39when they feel like they're about to binge eat they just get up and walk i've been loving walking
18:44lately so that's another great great advice yeah i have been walking lately which i enjoy the fitbit
18:49link is down below i've been walking like every day i enjoy it it's really weird though i've noticed
18:56that when i walk with my tennis shoes i get out of breath faster than compared to if i'm walking with
19:01my just my regular flats on i wonder if it's because when i'm wearing tennis shoes i subconsciously walk
19:06faster which causes me to be out of breath quicker or it's because my tennis shoes are ugly oh my god i keep
19:12cussing stop amberlynn this is not youtube friendly or it's because my shoes are just so ugly and they're so
19:19big they're just like whoa in your face like heavy so i wonder if it's just like that weight on my feet
19:24i don't really know what it is but i prefer walking in my flats my feet don't hurt like ever my back
19:30hurts less compared to when i'm wearing my tennis shoes i don't understand i think it's just because
19:34my feet are used to my flats i don't know that's really bad though to walk in your flats so i need to
19:39figure something out but anyways i have been enjoying walking i'm actually about to walk after i film this

19:48whatever like it doesn't even matter even when we go to restaurants like at night when i'm just like
19:52f my life i'm gonna eat what i want i'll have her park as far away as possible every time we're in a
19:57parking lot so i have to walk you know the full length of the parking lot i have really been

21:11walked around the restaurant like i don't know if that's embarrassing or if that's inspiring even
21:15though i've been binging i am still walking i think that's big for me at least that's big but i've really
21:21been enjoying it it's kind of just like it's my time to kind of just like get my steps in burn some
21:28calories think for a minute i've noticed that i don't like listening to music when i work out either
21:33which is really weird because back in the day i needed music or i couldn't work out but i think
21:36it's because i'm walking outside i like hearing the wind i like hearing the birds i like hearing the
21:41cars i like hearing just nature and just the outside sounds i also want to talk about my water intake i do
21:47try to drink two of these a day half of this is half of this this whole thing is half of a gallon to
21:52two is a gallon obviously i have been drinking a ton of water and i have stopped drinking diet soda i
21:58know that's hard to believe for someone like me because i am obsessed with the bubbly you know what
22:02i'm saying i like that so but yeah i'm doing it i also want to talk about something else i started this
22:08channel as a weight loss channel and somehow it became a hey i'm a mukbang channel and i've gained
22:14125 pounds sorry i was thirsty but somehow it's changed and i'm trying to slowly bring it back to
22:23focusing on my health and stuff like that i feel like by doing so i might lose a lot of viewers
22:28because i do have a lot of haters out there who watch me to see me fail but i kind of want to bring
22:35back the weight loss amberlynn i'm trying i just this is what is going on in my life right now i am
22:40trying to better myself i have slip ups every night but that doesn't stop me if i completely stop trying
22:48i was thinking about this yesterday if i completely stopped trying i would be well over 500 pounds i would
22:53probably be almost 600 pounds easily if i completely stopped trying years ago but every day there's
22:59something like within me that still tries do you guys get what i'm saying i don't know if you guys
23:05don't watch the chantelle show i call it chantelle show if you guys don't watch chantelle which i'm
23:10sure a ton of you do you need to every day she is vlogging her weight loss journey she is eating vegan
23:15which i'm 100 for i'm very proud of her but you guys should definitely follow her she's motivating me
23:21to also try vlogging my weight loss every day because she does it you know day one weight loss journey day

23:35butternut squash kale that's why it smells like farts red cabbage brown rice caramelized onions dried

23:54bite you probably don't want to bite in this do you and even exercise like i i'm so out of shape
24:02because i never exercised you know like at all i know it's terrible i just feel like i have so much
24:07more energy even just in this past this past seven days my moods improved greatly i feel more spiritual
24:13and i think it's going out on the walks that did that you know i kind of want to try something like

24:57week i weighed 492.0 today i weighed 495.6 so that's a 3.6 gain and i know exactly what caused that i have
25:09been drinking tons of water
25:23pretty much a gallon of water every single day and then i binge on top of it i mean i eat a whole
25:46family size bag of chips almost daily i have pints of ice cream well i mean only one a day i can't i
25:52probably wouldn't be able to eat two a day i don't think so i have a pint of ice cream on top of that
25:57and i am retaining so much water because when i'm eating healthier and drinking tons of water i'm
26:03peeing more but then when i start to binge i notice for the rest of the night i'll barely pee that means
26:08i'm holding on to all this water i'm not giving excuses hey even if it's not the water like i gained
26:133.6 pounds and chips and ice cream i mean either one i don't give a care it just happened i'm facing it
26:19every time i come on here like i'm pretty much gaining weight it's because of the binging but my
26:24goal for this week
26:27is to stop like just stop like what the oh i wake up every day so motivated you guys i don't know
26:36what happens i don't know what happens around dinner time i honestly can't tell you it is almost
26:41as if i become a completely different human being it's frustrating but i i just i want to live with
26:46the discomfort that is what i'm gonna do this week i have to i have to i freaking have to if you guys
26:52are wondering today is the 18th so it is wednesday so it's like way in wednesday hello so i'm just
26:59let's live with the discomfort y'all because why is there a bee outside the window oh my god it was so
